Usagi Drop is pretty emotional, but very adorable. Rozen Maiden is a good mix of everything. Cute, action-y, and more cute. You will feel obligated to drop it early, but i promise it gets better.

Started watching Sora No Woto after avoiding it for the past year. Very entertaining show. Cute girls doing serious things. Nice backgrounds etc. It has made me feel fuzzy a few times in the 7 episodes I have watched.

TB: The alien invasion might first seem generic, but it's handled in a original way later on. The writing and characters are top-notch, and the epiphany that hits you at the end really gets to you.
