Just finished Tiger & Bunny, I completely misjudged it the first time around. The first episode is a little misleading, as the marketing advertising gimmick dies down when a plot gets going. Turned out to be a good, fun action anime. Kotetsu impressed me a very easy, likable older character that you can root for with no problem.
It was nice seeing something more western influenced as opposed to your usual Asian supernatural/rom-com fanfare.
Looking forward to the movies, now!

In response to you and kermits posts, I don't really mind your jab, since it was an established member anyway, so everyone's aware it was all in jest. It was more the post directed at someone who's never posted here before that I'm more bothered about.
Fair enough. I'd rather have someone explain why they would need to die in a fire as well.
anyway, moving away from drama, just got to the big (~ep 80) twist in LOGH.
His death absolutely horrified me when I first saw it. The guy deserved to die of old age with his wife in a nice country farmhouse, he didn't deserve the way he went out. Just laying there in the corridor with no one to even say goodbye to.... I wept pretty hard from that. I thought he was such a brilliant man, someone who I genuinely looked up to and cared about.
We need more people like him in this world. We really do.
Also whatever happened to oberstein? He used to be in every episode being a dick and looking shifty and all that, and then he just disappeared for a while, and now is he back again suggesting the use of underhand tactics and all that? Huh?
That's how Oberstein plays; sometimes he'll just disappear for a while and let things run it's course while he hides away. Planning, scheming. It's so easy to just point the finger and think that he's like the 'true' antagonist of LoGH, when in reality he's so devoted to Reinhard's cause that he intentionally makes the harsh decisions, and will always take the blame right away. That kind of self-sacrifice is unreal, but he did it without any thanks or showing of gratitude.
Oberstein was my favorite of the Empire. Incredibly fascinating man.
Are you going to see any of the movies/ova's or have you already? For anyone who wants to get into LoGH, I recommend watching 'My Conquest is the Sea of Stars", followed by 'Overture to a new War'. They're very good introductions to the characters and the universe.
Since list were brought up earlier. I might as well show off.
