Yeah, burn victims make me uneasy.

Yet Balalaika is one of my favourite characters.

Funny that...

But I'm totally cool with that!

Swimsuits, boobs, and humor, eh? Now I need to see this anime. Let me know where to find the series as soon as possible; this has just become a top priority on my list.

Anyone heard of an anime where the charactor is based on actual events but is able to see the past around him?

Can't wait until that Fry-Face shirt I ordered finally ships.

Black Lagoon clothing is rarely ever in stock, so I guess getting shirts of the main female cast was a stupid idea given how long I'll have to wait.

The only anime shirt I have is of Samurai Deeper Kyo, and I hated that show. The shirt was given to me by a friend. It came with a DVD he bought. So yeah, I never wear it.

I've got a few.

There's Jagi from HnK, one of the cast of Samurai Champloo, the main female cast of Ranma 1/2, a Haruhiism shirt and a Zeta Gundam Hawaiian shirt (no bullshit).

Levi seems more plausible.

Dutch comes up with the nicknames, and her real name is Rebecca, apparently. Also, Levi is just a name that idiot fansubbers come up with because they automatically assume that R=L is Japanland.

Perhaps it's because Levi is actually a name, whereas Revy doesn't even sound nearly like one.

Silly me, there are 74 people in the US with the name Revy.

But that doesn't change the fact that it is a lot less common than Levi, or that it doesn't sound like a name.

AND FURTHERMORE, I FEEL THAT REVY IS AN ILLOGICAL NICKNAME FOR ONE NAMED REBECCA, AS B DOES NOT SOUND A GREAT LOT LIKE A V.

Well considering I've been taught that when an English-Japanese word has a 'v' in it, you're supposed to use the 'b' sound instead, that's unsurprising.

Then again, I have seen in a few anime that characters have their v's spelled out with a u with a ten ten, and a small vowel next to it (e.g. Lavie).

I'M SO CONFUSED!

I don't know how Revy's is spelled, but Rebby would make more sense, essentially.
