It's been far too long, so I think it's time for an update:

The Anime Network schedule has been screwed up since December 3rd and a large amount of time slots on my cable provider's program guide show up as "To Be Announced", so I have no idea what I'm missing.
Also, my boss weaseled out on giving me a three-day weekend to attend Ohayocon. I managed to talk her into giving me Saturday off, but I have to work Friday afternoon and Sunday evening - there's an inspection coming up and they need all the manpower they can muster up.

My platoon is starting our own WoW guild. There's more than a dozen of us who share our anime amongst each other, and we're just the hardcore anime fans. Damn near everyone in my platoon watches at least one anime regularly.

Now that's just damn awesome, a WoW guild made purely out of Marines. No random incompetent nerd living a few hundred miles away, that can't push a button a few times in a row....no being bossed around by a 25 year old male still living in his mom's basement, that thinks virtual loot is serious business....and they actually like good entertainment.

See, now 'cus of you, I'm considering the Marines over the Navy again :P ;). Oh well, still like two years to decide.
