God forbid I attempt to be nice to a new user who isn't "perfect". The reasoning does not need to be in-depth, his basic view of anime and favorites showed that he would fit in quite well with this club's users.

Well, since I've yet to finish Akira (two volumes), Death Note ( I have four volumes), Fullmetal Alchemist (four volumes), Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (one volume), Kashimashi (one volume), Maison Ikkoku (one volume), NGE (two volumes), NGE: Angelic Days (one volume), Ranma 1/2 (seven volumes) and Read or Dream: We Are Paper Sisters Detective Company (two volumes), add on my future anime purchases (Hokuto no Ken, moar Ranma, Kashimashi and Haruhi) and other eccentricites....give or take a decade before I start Claymore again.

Ok. I disagree.

It's more about what role they are doing than their ability. He did a good Vash and Kaneda, but wasn't the best for Ichigo, though I don't have much of a problem with him in that role. I didn't like how he yelled out "Zan-get-tsu" instead of "Zangets". And I think she does a good Rukia.

Yeah. They loose their attitudes with those voices, like Rock Lee in the Naruto dub. I thought that at least Rukia's voice keeps her same general attitude.

I find it funny that in some shows (most), I prefer the Japanese voice because it has more personality, but others I prefer the English voice because it has more personality. Best example of a preferred English voice would be Excel Excel. She sounds a lot crazier and when she rants you want to shove long needles into your ears (Ichi the Killer reference...and Tenjou Tenge, but who cares about that show).
