I found it boring and I was uninterested in the characters. The fight scenes also sucked. It had too many of the single frames and flashes that are stereotypical of anime.

You might enjoy this. Leaked trailer of
ACE 3. Still no Zeta but I did spot Turn A which is awesome. Gundam X, Shin Getter, Type ZERO, the END and...
I only had a chance to play ACE 2 in a demo booth at Gamers, and the controls felt rather lacking since the hit-detection was handled poorly like most of the 3D games Bandai/Banpresto releases, though I am taking into consideration that it is likely because it was an unfinished demo.

Wait, what?
DAMN YOU GAINAX! DAMN YOU AND YOUR MINDGAMES!
You know which other series would fit perfectly with Tengen Toppa T for SRW? Mostly post-apocalyptic stories.
The Big-O
Change!! Shin Getter Robot - The last day of the Earth
Kidou Butoden G Gundam
After War Gundam X
Called Turn-A Gundam
Am I missing other major additions?

Not sure of any other Super Robots from post apocalyptic times that would be new to the SRW series.
Except maybe...THIS ONE! (Zinv from Dual! would also be good, cus it has the Light Hawk Wings and Black Hole manipulation powers)

I saw that a while ago, i like how they did the song recreation with those basic noises. They are coming out with an MMO game though...at least that is what Wiki says. Something about drilling.

Oh well, it's really the disc that counts. Ignore the massive artbox, headband, CD, iron-on patch, pencil-board and alternate cover.

When you do, make a point of trading in the other DVD at Blockbuster instead or eBaying it or giving it to a friend.
Seeing the disc on used DVD shelves at a fraction of the retail price will make local fanboys orgasm with glee.

I'm the only Haruhi fanboy in this town of mine. Also, I will sell the dvd for 34 dollars plus tax. Just because I'm a jew.

I've only been able to watch videos of game play for both ACE 1 & 2. I wish I had the money[well I do, kinda]and time to import and mod but eh. Banpresto does a good job with most of their games. Their Lupin III game was pretty awesome. But yeah, hopefully you played just a demo.

I think you've covered just about, if not all of them.
This is what I'm hoping for in the next SRW...
I've always loved the design of the 303 Devilfish. That or any LFO from E7. Nirvash and theEND are appearing in ACE3 so hopefully they will be in the next SRW.

Gendo, HaroFreak, you're both fired from being authority figures until you can learn not to be such elitist assholes, and realize that this club is not 4chan. I'm tired of telling you these things, so fuck it. If neither of you want to listen to me, you can both go back to being regular members.
Akatsuki, Kuro, you get to replace them.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention my one epic purchase that I made while I was gone from here.
I bought the first season of Dragonball Z. English voice actors, Japanese music, 100% awesome.

Sweet.
Try to think of six words to fill this up....
Well I'm going to have a slightly anime filled weekend this weekend, as I'm going to see Perfect Blue on Saturday (which I've been anticipating for ages, so it better be good), and Tekkonkinkreet on Sunday (which is by a not-Japanese director (Michael Arias), so I'm sort of curious about that since it's the first of its kind I believe).
I love film festivals.
Well, since movie theatres here seem to refuse to play anime of any sort (that isn't Miyazaki) anyway.
Oh wait, that was 94 words.
Kuro - Puting the 'Kur' back in 'inkurable disease.'
My birthday is coming up, and it seems I don';t share it with many characters:
August 3, 1974 Mamoru Chiba/Tuxedo Mask (Sailor Moon)
August 3 Di-pu Niobe (Saint Seiya)
August 3 Raita Hokuto (Baldios)
August 3 Tooru Furusawa (voice actor) Nakago (Fushigi Yuugi), Seishirou Sakurazuka (X), Millions Knives (Trigun)
At 7/25/07 07:22 AM, Kuro wrote: Perfect Blue
I said Perfect Blue when I clearly meant to say Paprika.
That was a tragic misunderstanding, hopefully avoided.
Well, they're the same director and have the same first letter, and both have 3 syllables, so I wasn't that far off the first time.
