The Narutimate Hero 4 appears to have the same amount of characters, unless it has pre and post time skip versions, though just post time skip would be enough.

It is kinda hard for me to admit, but the Naruto fighting games ARE a ton of fun to play. I wanna get the one for my wii.

My friend back in the States has one for his Gamecube. I forget which one. There was very few characters, and the final boss was the retard with the giant sword that Haku followed around. I forgot his name. He got pissed at me because I beat the storyline my first try, kicked his ass in every versus battle we did, and got the two hidden characters unlocked for him.

Fucking ace. Nothing provides more momentary bragging rights than kicking a friend's ass at their own game.

Indeed. I forgot to mention, that game was also my first encounter with the Naruto dub. I couldn't understand why Naruto kept yelling "believe it" every time I did a combo.

My friend had that game...bored me something fierce. It didn't take long to play through all the characters and the gameplay wasn't that exciting. Matches were also really short. Haven't heard much about the Wii game.

Strangest Narutimate Hero 3 game moment: Beating Itachi with Ino in 6 seconds. Even surprised me.

The sequel is a huge improvement.

The single-player modes are still fairly dull, though.

Sir! Yes, My Master!

Dattebayo:
Directly derived from an actual interview with the creator himself, Masashi kishimoto.
(Quote)
- Is Naruto's favorite phrase, "dattebayo" modeled on anything?

K: That isn't really modeled on anything either. When I thought of childlike
speech, "dattebayo" instantly came to mind. It's like it's become a part of
Naruto, and even now it brings out his "mischievousness&quo t;.
(End quote)

I guess it's just up to fans to determine for themselves what it truly means...

Tsundere: a personality that is initially combative, but becomes loving and emotionally vulnerable.
Maybe there's no real definition to it, dattebayo!

Huh? I know you didn't. I was just saying. I mean MrTrivia and Gendo like Robotech: Battlecry, but you didn't, and the same thing could happen with the Naruto games.

Good god that's so cheap yet so awesome at the same time.

this is also pretty cheap, though he gets his asked kicked once again in the end.

Silly Light! The Death Note shouldn't be able to kill a Death God (Ichigo). Though considering it gives Transformers heart attacks..who knows what it can do.

So, I was recently at my local Blockbuster, and found out that there's this whole rack of Anime I've been missing. Including the GITS movies, and I think I even saw the Slayers OAVs. :D Fucking win.

I decided to get an anime cursor for my comp. On my old computer I had a cool animated cursor with FF1 Black Mage using Haddoken on Fighter (from 8BitTheatre), but now I don't have it and the site i got it from doesn't have it anymore. If someone can find it, please tell me.

I decided to get an anime one...cus I looked at my white arrow pointer and thought, "this just isn't anime-ey enough"

I decided on the circled one, but I probably won't keep it, cus it doesn't have an arrow, and the center is not what clicks. If anyone knows a site with a lot of cool animated/not animated anime cursors let me know.

Summer can be really boring...though still way better than school.

I got them from here . I decided on just trying to make my own...though the image quality isn't as good as those, probably cus of the more complex colors and shapes. I'm using a Xelloss one for now, though I may go back to those, but edit them, by making the click point in the center or adding a little arrow myself.

This is my major problem with being in Japan. I'm 13-16 hours off from everyone on America (or even heathen Canananadia). Although it is a good excuse to never talk to my parents.

Answer these questions, and entry shall be permitted.

1)List your five favorite anime, and write why you like it.

2)What got you into anime, and what kinds of anime do you like?

3)What kind of anime do you dislike.

Manga is acceptable for the responses, doujinshi is not. To add a picture to you signature, go to your account options, that way you don't need to keep posting the same picture over and over. You claim to be female, so expect some drooling fanboys, although I generally don't stand for that behavior amongst my club members. Try to make your posts at least seven words.

Another comical countermeasure is to have impossibly long or complicated names which is easy to mis-spell such as "Latoouni" from Super Robot Wars OG (Her name is even officially written in non-english and non-japanese text)

At 7/4/07 11:08 PM, Dr-HyakuNinGiri wrote: Tsundere: a personality that is initially combative, but becomes loving and emotionally vulnerable.

The japanese Wiki entry has a different (and more likely accurate or correct) meaning.

More along the lines of a characteristic which "hides their true feelings with aggresiveness", for those who cannot read Moonspeak.

Since when were less-official comics unaccepted as a response?

Many original stories and Circles started off as the definitive "Doujinshi" in the first place, so I see no reason to forbid said response as long as they provide a link or explanation.

Try to make your posts at least seven words.

And smart-casual, unless it is a strongly implied in-joke (let it be a series-influence or well-placed memetics).

I'm tireed so bear with me.

As far as I remember doujinshi has not been a choice ijn a say for a series, same with hentai for the listing of the five anime [in some cases manga] series of choice.

I know Tink allowed some discussion on doujins and hentai titles but only the names of them and nor what they contained as such bondage, rape etc.

Case in point i'll side with the Scot on whatever the matter at hand is and say that G is the most hot blooded letter in the alphabet

Purchases
GaoGaiGar volume 1
Monster volumes 3 4
Lupin III - Monkey Punch [manga
Ghost int he Shell - solid state society
Berserk volume 17

some more but can't rmemeber because I'm so tired. Good to have a day off every now and then.

It is.

G Gundam alone was the most hot-blooded and manly of the Gundam Series. Even Ramba Ral, Char Aznable, Kira Yamato, Andy Waltfeld and Bright Noa does not rival that of the East that is burning red.

And in before the GGG being the real king.

Well the definition I gave about change was actually close to what the guy said in Lucky Star about it.
PS: Urban Dictionary has awesome definintions
Dattebayo:

Dattebayo, does not mean "Beleive it" unless you are a complete narutard-fagmister. The dub is a piece of crap, and it's nothing like the original, thank you very much.

"Dattebayo" or "tte bayo" is a childish, or cute way of an explanation on the end of a sentence. "tte bayo" being the more cute one.

I love ramen, tte bayo!
Come see my Sexy No Justu, Dattebayo!

I am leaving this matter open to public discussion.
To other members, feel free to contribute your opinions if you deem it not to be a waste of our time.

Are we using the same definition of "Doujinshi" here?
Because if not, I do not agree to simply dismiss such an option without looking more into it.

Doujinshi does not strictly have to be fan-made work done by only amateaur artists. There are cases in which professionals have published their own stories not through an actual publisher, but through conventions and other less-public means of distribution. I am yet to bring evidence into the light of this subject, but I disagree on dismissing it without giving the interviewee a chance to introduce it for themselves and for us.

Yes, but only if it is minute enough to be ignored, but in cases such as Nekotamaya (famous for original works and fan-works such as Naruto H art) for example, they are not to be overlooked as they have a reasonably large fanbase demonsrated and shown clearly in conventions.

In that case, should Aquaworks be considered a 'Doujinshi Circle' because their work 'Utawarerumono' started off as a Doujin-Game of sorts?

I'll agree that it should be allowed to discuss over.

You're agreeing to the wrong subject (idiot).
