I only like it a little bit because I remember how much I enjoyed it when I was younger and it reminds me of my preteen years (and earlier). That's about it. I doubt I would actually sit through the whole series again. If I see it on TV, I still watch for a few minutes. It's like watching any other cartoon you liked as a kid.

Now that's something I'd watch. XD
Also, I thought you guys were going to do these interviews through PM, AIM, or MSN. no?

Though HaroFreak and Gendo probably need to voice their opinion on this idea first.
Unless Akatsuki has suddenly matured over the past few weeks, I think this is a bad idea. But then again, it's not my decision to make.

He actually is making progress. I don't think he's quite at that level, but it's also not my decision to make.

He has matured since he got here, but I am yet to determine whether he actually gets it asides from posting his daily schedule.
...
This month's game recommendation by HF is "Ossu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2", the sequel to the first Ouendan which stars a male Cheer Squad (or female unlockable) which help cheer on people in time of need (from cheering on someone getting a job interview to preventing the second ice age).
It is a Rythm Game for the DS which, I quote myself, is the best use of the Touch Screen I have ever seen/played.

It has been decided that you shall be given a trial period with the authority to interview possible members. Do well with this and start posting more than daily updates about when your packages will arrive, and I will consider granting you more power. Possibly even authority figure. That's only if you start doing a lot better.
Remember: Wonko is watching you.
I'm going to start watching Tenjou Tenge.
Is the story any good people who've seen it? :3

What do you think of me though? And I only want Haro's opinion. You guys can give yours I guess, but I'll probably maintain on Haro's.
Oh and I read the first book of a manga about a vampire that was trapped for more than 300 years and was freed when a man named Dr. Do (should be called by his first name), his 17-year-old daughter named Rami or Remi, and an 21-year-old American exorcist. He was trapped by someone who I am guessing was a friend of his. After the "bad guy" killed who I am guessing was his love he tried to kill the "bad guy" but failed miserably. Anyone have any idea what the name of the manga is called? Think it starts with a "B".

That sounds like Rebirth. A super quick google search with "Vampire + Remi" found that out.

Oh, forgot to to the multi-quote thing, but I feel the need to reply to this. Well me and others think it is a really bad anime. It starts out good, with cool fights and somewhat interesting people, but quickly gets boring and annoying. I think after the bowling ally fight is when it starts going down hill..mainly cus it is all flashback stuff.
If they ever create a second season with all the characters in a large tournament, then maybe it could be ok...though probably a lot like the Dark Tournament YYH saga.
about me joining(sorry ive been in a bog o stuff)

This should be a model the entire club should follow, not just Akatsuki. It's one thing to promote civility in this club, it's another thing to promote wholesomeness...

Nope. I never even knew it existed until I did the search for it. I generally have only started to read a manga only after I see the anime version. Same goes from manhwas, but the only Korean anime I've seen is Wonderful Days.

And he is in. Anyone who successfully answers those questions is automatically in. If they don't do/don't do it well, then we can become involved, but you have the power now to do the same thing.

Well there's that.
And masturbation.
On the subject, I've discovered that chapter 21 of Tokyo Akazukin is up, but since whatsisname from Blahsoft is having to find a house, the next chapters are going to take longer than this one.
Kinda irritating, but I'll deal with it.

i have started to watch Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and it rocks.

Yes it does. And the multiple Gunbuster/Diebuster salutes are awesome.

This was a committee decision. Other methods are being considered. Other members than Akatsuki are being considered, he's just been in the spotlight since he joined. For both good and bad things.
So... I'm finally getting around to watching Rozen Maiden. Five episodes in and this series is fucking awesome.

I've seen it, and I can safely say they need a third season. It is beautifully animated. Next try Inukami if you didn't yet. That anime is so funny you won't even get a second to breathe.

While the plot of fighting dolls might seem stupid or lame, it actually plays out quite well.

I doubt anyone here was thinking that it was stupid or lame. Having masters fight each other using servants happens a lot in anime. There is Zatch Bell, Fate/Stay Night...even Pokemon to some extent. I almost thought of Digimon, but they usually fight against other wild Digimon. There may even be enough to argue for a sub-genre, like Super Sentai.
Since I have to wait about a week for new episodes of Gurren Lagann and Lucky Star, I might give Rozen Maiden and Inukami a look. I'll check out the first episodes of each, but I might go with Inukami cus I like really funny stuff the most. It is as long as Rozen Maiden, Träumend, and Ouvertüre combined though.
Watch the series from opening to ending, and don't forget to watch the credits of episode 18 out of all of them.

I consider Fate somewhat a exception to that, especially going by the game. The plot pretty much establishes that the Masters really have no control whatsoever over their " Servants " aside from two blowable command seals which only work on specific orders.
Yeah, but the masters have little power themselves, so they rely on their servants to do the fighting for them. And that is what would make up the sub-genre...though it would be a problem if the genre was called S&M.
Hi guys. I just recently watched the first three episodes of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. It's an excellent series so far.

Also, quit being such a musical score whore, music is irrelevant in a dialogue-based film.
