Hey all,

It's 1235 AM here in Iraq, so I just want to wish everyone a happy new year. Even you Kouga. I hope everyone is having fun and getting very frunk as a celebration. As for me, I got to get mortared while watching season 5 of 24. Yaaay!

Reflecting on this, I'd like to leave you all with this thought to carry you into 2007. The supreme irony of life is that no one gets out of it alive.

May I suggest we take today to reflect on all the wonderful anime related things 2006 six has brought us. For example, it brings us one year farther from when DBZ ended, and We got to see the end of Inuyasha again. Truly, these are great deeds.

Dead-on, 2006 was a great year for anime. It introduced me to great new series (Death Note) and reintroduced old favorites (Urusei Yatsura). Plus, I think I spent the most money I ever have on anime this year....

I am not happy about Afro Samurai. It may be a bit racist but i just don't like the idead of a black samurai. it's just like The last samurai it just dosen't really feel right. I just can't see a black hero actually doing good.

Either way i like both. But i prefer watching YuYu Hakasu over reading it. You should read/watch buso renkin.

The yu Yu Hakusho Anime was so well done that I don't know many people who prefer the YYH manga. Of course that Manga is still brilliant, but the Anime obviously beats it. There aren't many animes that can boast about being more popular than they're manga (if they have one).
