Hey, it's just old. Like wine it gets better with age, but when you look at how old DB, DBZ, and DBGT, along with the grandaddy of all oldschool animes Lupin the 3rd, you get used to seeing aty like that, and how it's really changed since then.

Almifi from Super Robot Wars Impact, for example, impales the target and forces the blade up and down in a violent manner.

She reminds me of a few anime and manga characters I've seen, but nothing definite, she's like a combination of many other women from anime/manga that I've seen. She a very interesting character, but I like Baiken better.

They all look the same on both games. I don't think any character changes. My second favorite in that game would be Jam, another would be I-No.

fan subtitled anime. Basically an anime not liscensed in America, but people on the internet have gotten from Japan, and put their own subtitles too it. And hit the reply with quote button next time. It makes things simpler.

My Japanese level is borderlining between level two and three proficiency (Level one being the highest possible). Though I find myself hearing and speaking it more than I read or write it, I can handle it with semi-moderate difficulty.

I think the website is already gone, but I can try to pay a visit to the 4 Columbus-area locations. I'm shopping around for .hack//OUTBREAK and, oddly, Media Play is the only place in Central Ohio that I haven't checked.
By the way, where do all of the .hack anime series fit in the timeline? I know that .hack//SIGN is after the video games, and so is .hack//Legend of the Twilight Bracelet (although it bears a heavy resemblence to the game's story), but what about .hack//LIMINALITY (which comes with the games as bonus discs)?
