Biggest Project
Erm...well probably the "Shoot 'Em Up Contest" entry that I started making with Reality-Monkey but that got pretty far and we ditched it. I had a sickass engine for it too. Too bad I'm too lazy to go pull that out. Anyways, I'm probably doing my second biggest two at the moment [one with Reality and the other with NathanielMilburn]. Reality and I are finishing that later and it's a crazy ass ninja-pirate game, while Nate and I are making an awesome Pico day game.

I lived in a pretty small village, so all there was was pubs. It was always pretty easy to get served from about 6, im pretty tall and usually got away with it.

Biggest Project

Right now I'm working on a synopsis for an RPG. As of the past couple of days I haven't touched it. But with spring break, I should have some time to storm up some more ideas. It's going to be huge, hopefully. I've had the general idea for years now and I'm just now trying to compile it into an epic tale.

So shortly after i posted my last thing, I went to take the 500 bus from Oakland to the North Side in Pittsburgh to work. Well, Pittsburgh (which, from what I hear, is the 2nd largest celebrator of St. Patties day in either america or the world) is have the parade today Downtown. it makes sense. but the deal is, all the Pitt students coming back from spring break are drinking in the streets and having a good time.

So I'm waiting for it to come, talking to some of the drunkards, laughing to myself, and finally the 500 comes...and then it goes. Since it stops Downtown, it's too full of drunk kids to take me to work! I walk up to another bus stop further up the street and see an aquantence to whom I bitch about my situation.

Then, this guy who works for Port Authority (Pittsburgh bus company), asks me where I'm going. I tell him, and we both know that the 500 is the only bus to take from Oakland to Northside. So this guy fucking let's me ride in his Port Authority truck and DRIVES ME TO WORK! Seriously, one of the most awesome things that have happened to me in a long time.

If you're ever in Pittsburgh and you meet a Bob Woods, buy him a drink for me or something. He wins.

This shit doesn't happen in New York, I'll tell you that much.

Project Ideas?

I currently have nothing to do :(
I have been revising quite abit, for the first time ever, for exams and stuff but other than that.. nothing. So basically I want to try something in flash. Something that will really push me but will be enjoyable at the same time. Any of you awesome ASers, i.e. Glaiel, Delta etc, got an idea of something I could work on? Or anyone else but those who can code themselves are more likely to give sensible suggestions :)

My biggest project happened to be my 1st, some 5 minute long animation that ended up 2 scenes away from completion. Then watching it I realized hwo awful the script was and won't ever touch it again =). It was pretty neat too, oh well might remake it some day.

I also made a game that hasn't ever been released since I feel like its not entirely mine, most of the coding was refrenced off 4 or 5 tutorials and I wouldn't really feel right putting my name on it since all I really did was edit them together. Took forever to do though + level design.
Not to mention its not that good =).

Sonic Fast Food Chain

Anyone have a sonic near them? I've been getting their commercials for years yet doen't have one within 50 miles of me. Is it any good? I'm driving 60 miles to get to one today with a couple of cars full of friends because it just looks fucking awesome in the commercials.

It seems to me it'd be tricky sorting out the path-finding and working out how to optimise the bombs in an ever-changing environment.

The food is okay. Not worth the trip... but the limeades and similar drinks are definitely delicious. I wouldn't travel more than 10 minutes out of my way to stop.

Well, I was going to do that, but the only problem is that it's a large enough set of keys that it's going to make me want to kill myself. It's "i, k, }, ], =, +, comma, <" so the only reason I NEED that computer is to do actionscript, and brackets, equals, and plus are all REALLY important, so it's annoying. Also, same computer with the screen problem so it's even more annoying that I won't be able to move the screen when I use it. I'm wondering if I should connect an outside keyboard. Does anyone know a bit about that and could help me with it? For now, I'm trying to DL the Flash CS3 Trial on my other computer [even though I already used it up], and still haven't had any problems with it. Wish me luck.

I think I saw one of his posts. I was going to PM him also but I couldn't be bothered and it isn't the first time someone has posted a bunch of one word answers. I just wish the newbs were clever enough to read the rules before posting. Its clear enough.

Just thought I'd say this again. Also, I'm now pissed at ADOBE because I download CS3 thinking I haven't used the trial, get to the finished download page, open up the program ready for my awesomeness...and to my sight, the trial has expired. Could they not say that before you download it, damnit. I'm angry right now, so if my next few posts and previous few posts sound like I'm screaming, that's because I am. Actually, I'm fairly close to smashing my computer against a wall, as I scream, "Fuck Noobs!" By the way, wish me luck on my keyboard attachment.

I miss in-and-out burger... thats the only reason id move to the west coast. Carls Jr also is good despite its 235235 calorie burgers.

I too get all those damn commercials (which are like episodes of Seinfeld, only shorter and even more the same each time). I'll stick to Sheetz, which all of you hopefully have experienced or will someday. Also, anyone here have a Cici's nearby? Probably the most incredible thing in the history of ever. I won last night. 19 slices. What's you guys' record/Have you got one nearby?

In-n-out is so fucking good. Every time I go back to California and we take the highway down to my cousins house we pass a pit stop with an in-n-out right next to a Krispie Kreme. Oh man, two burgers and a half dozen fresh krispie kreme donuts is probably the best meal you can have.

Have any of you all been to a Five Guys? They have them here in Philadelphia and I've heard they are others places too, but so far those are the best burgers on the East I've come across.
