Ratatouille was amazingly animated but the story was so lame.

I didnt care for ratatouille's story either... its just been like the same recycled plot for the last 20 disney/pixar's movies.... like ratatouille is sort of the mirror of An American Tail.... in Ratatouille's defence i did like how that food critic Ego looks... his proportions and face are so awesome.

Yeah it was an awesome movie. Very slow and almost nihilistic, but the suspense was nevertheless amazing. I have to admit that near the ending i almost fell asleep, but that must've been me.
Personally i would have loved for 'The diving bell and the butterfly' to win some. Best movie i'v seen since 'Babel'.

youre like the 5th person ive heard say that about the flick... ive never seen it but my friend said he hated how it ended.. then again ive known some people who actually liked how it ended.. more people than not though just felt it was a compelling movie that just deflates at the end.
Didnt want to disclose the actual end cause i dont feel like being a movie spoiler but ya...

Yeah i mean it was a good film and had some clever parts but they could have made so much more of it with a better ending.

What the other dude said about the feet, but also his legs don't bend either, which makes it seem a bit strange, like he is slipping backwards on ice. The drawing is really good though. I don't know if that's the actual size of the clip, but if you make it smaller, then the problem will be less noticed.

Yeah for some reason I drew it at a really annoying angle which is a pain in the arse to animate at. His legs do bend a bit but they are really stumpy and its hard to get right... Fuck i hate doing walk cycles!

And yeah, it will be smaller in the movie, I just enlarged it to make it easier to see.

drums are in garage in a sub-room built into it, which is detacted from house anyways, and i live in middle of nowhere = no one cares
