Not really. Sort of, but not really.
The run down:
Pico is a socially awkward guy who pushes the mail trolley in an office. He interacts with people, but he's so tall and gangly that he can't do much of anything but flail about. At the end of the day, he's alone in his bedroom and he looks at a picture of him, Nene, and Darnell at a park. Cue flashback of the park scene (DARNELL'S ONLY SCENE).
Pico heads to the park and whilst there sees the Son from Dad n' Me picking on some kids. He head in to break it up but Dad steps in. He gets thumped. He wakes up later to Nene standing over him giggling. She is very thin and medium height. Together they go for a walk and reminisce.
Fade to black.
Fade to scene of Nene and Pico in bed, Pico rolls over to kiss Nene, but she's standing up pulling up her skirt. She sticks and open hand to Pico, motioning for cash. Pico is suprised, but hands it over. Nene leaves, and Pico breaks down and cries. Suddenly, he perks up, and is angry.
Insane trippy and hard to understand sequence of Pico running down twisting hallways and opening demonic books and kidnapping children, and such things. This sequence, whilst still trippy, ends with a massive squidman bursting out of a book and devouring children.
Fade to street corner with Nene working PBot. PBot is smacking his crotch and shrugging, but Nene won't let up. He shakes his head and walks off. Nene waits for him to get a distance away and hucks a knife at him and it bounces off. He turns and runs at her, guns appearing, but he suddenly skids to a stop as a giant shadow looms over him. He dashes off, and Nene laughs, thinking she's won. A tentacle reaches down and yanks her away.
Struggling sequence.
Pico shows up, and the monster grabs him too. They wrestle and such and then meet eachother's gaze and nod. The tables turn and they break free. The monster roars and begins smac=shing at them with tentacles that they easily dodge. Nene begins to hurl knives at it and Pico uses his lack of balance and a way to twist and contort and the tentacles get tied and stuck together. Pico runs up the tentacles and onto the squidman's shoulders. Nene tosses a knife up to him and he leaps into the air and grabs it. He spins and throws it down lighting-fast... at Nene. She dies and Pico lands and wobbles and collapses, but he smiles. The tentacle monster shrinks and becomes a dried up baby squid.
Fade to black.
Fade to Pico mounting Nene's body against the wall, and prepping to, erm, take her from behind.
END

Omg... I'm like in a three floor cabin in tennessee and it is sooooooo freakin' awesome guys! It's my whole family from florida and we're here in the cabin. We're having some down time since everyone is tired from the road trip (which ended up taking 13 hours!) so I decided to give you guys a shout out.
I've gotten so many wonderful inspriations from this state, the landscape alone is so vastly different from Florida it's even more breath taking. Long story short: I think the RPG i've been working on just got a major boost in the best direction possible.
)
That sounds really cool :P I've been meaning to get up to the Lake District or somewhere equally nice looking at some point. Last time I went it was years ago with me dad and some of the views there were just breathtaking. It's a great way to get inspiration.

I smell theft. The NG user lists vgcats his webpage, but I'm skeptical that its actually 'him'.
Oh Newgrounds, you and your ethical user base.
On one of the VGcats news posts, he says he put it up on newgrounds and links to it.
Google
Yes Google is evil, but now Microsoft bought yahoo so the lost a lot of money...
Also i think that changing it for Google is stupid, if your community is good over time people would link to you site.
foamy rant
i find it really funny bad thing that animation and sound suck
what ng series you enjoy ?
well for me
retarded animal babies, foamy rant. TANKMEN, bitey, Joe zombie, kegel, madness, primal war, squigo, toof,we are robots, xombie
Well what is yours ?

Of those, I like RAB, Tankman, Bitey, and on occasion Madness. Other's I like are MY GOD ROBOTS! because Andrew K doesn't a lick of goddamn sense, Freetown, but there's only one episode out so far, and I would consider the Pico cartoons all part of one massive series in a way, and I like alot of them.
I enjoy Mastermind. Thats about it, as far as series go. I like not having to get all caught up in some convoluted story.. i can jump in whenever and know im in to be entertained. I hate series where you have to have all this built up knowledge or watched episode 34 of 85 to understand why he doesnt like brussel sprouts.... i hate that about comics also. Just entertain me, it shouldnt be a chore.
None

I find it weak compared to Blockhead, which I much more prefer. Also dig on KFK, Burnt Face Man, Cuboy, Jerry Jackson and - though it goes without saying - Brackenwood.
series
I get what Luis is saying about not having to jump right in, but I actually like having all sorts of story like that, if it's all well done that is.
I like Mastermind better than Blockhead myself. I find Blockhead to be pretty weak and unfunny overall, tbh.

I really liked the first Mastermind. The second one... not so much. Anyway, as series go, you can't beat Madness (even if I'm not so sure about the direction it's been taking over the last couple of episodes, it's definitely staying innovative and aesthetically pleasing). Also, most things by David Firth (including, assumedly, Jerry Jackson :P).
Mastermind is underrated. Look at its beautiful art style
Then theres the overated Awesome series -_-

Never watched either =D
Umm are you new?
Or retarded?
Are you on the right webiste?
Or maybe theres something wrong with you...
im joking btw but you got to watch em...
watch EVERYTHING in the top 50. MOST of it is top class
I agree Blockhead is weak, and Mastermind rules.
Well at least the first episode.
The second was good, but a lot of it was stupid.
And luis i agree on some level
Inspiration
Thought I'd get a wee bit of a thing going here. Luis had that Inspiration thread that more or less has seemed to have died, so I'll just ask around here.
When you really want to get some ideas flowing, where do you go, very first thing, for inspiration? I'm not talking about getting motivated here, but just what places, or triggers do you find that give you the most abundant and best ideas you have?
When possible, I like to walk late at night in the cool rain. But it's winter and in Canada you don't get cool rain at night in the winter, you get chunks of doom-ice. Believe it or not, I just surf DeviantArt and let last FM choose me some music and that's enough to give me at least a good starting point usually.
i thought the second one was cool...
The Just ice joke was kinda weird but thats what made it funny in a weird way
Oh and stories rule
I know someone who has a story that is 5 books long and the animation will take years to complete...

Lol like Minushi.
And the justice part was the better part because the art of the hero is awsome.
Also the just ice reminds me of a joke i saw at that 70 show yesterday "im marriage there are 3 rings: the engagement ring, the wedding ring, and the suffering" I found it hilarious.
People will hate me for this but...
I think not only is the awesome series overrated but so is Madness...
There I said it...
I dont want him shouting at me for revealing anything so ill just say, hes given me a bried explanation on some parts of his storyline (this is the thing i mention above)
Patu1 sounds like Padawan
Whenever i see your name I think its like some kind of obscure star wars reference. Where is it from?
It's a joke btw, your spelling is much better than it used to be, please dont go crazy at me

Would've been awesome to work on a project like that.
Toon Boom
Finally got my hands on something Toon Boom. Been screwing around with things and surprisingly I'm impressed mostly with the storyboard pro. It saves lots of time storyboarding and is just overall great. Ya can put nots on the side, quickly go through shots, easy navigation, simple controls, and most of all user friendly.
Toon Boom
50% of the schools I applied to use Toon Boom as their software for the digital animation lessons.
