Adam Phillip's and Waterlollies

I don't know if any of you have heard this but straight from Adam's mouth (Refering to the release time):

Sydney Australia, Monday - 18:00 hrs:

* London UK 7am Monday
* San Francisco US 12am (midnight sun/mon)
* Vancouver CA 12am (midnight sun/mon)
* New York US 3am Monday
* Tokyo JP 4pm Monday
* Prague DE 8am Monday

Now, it won't be released on Newgrounds at this time specifically but it will be released on at least Adam's Website. This time isn't set in stone either but it is what Adam is hoping for.

I'm not sure if anything else is very excited about this but Waterlollies is promised to be the most graphically beautiful and creatively ingenious Flash animation of this time. I have no doubt that Waterlollies will completely smash the bar for Flash animators around the world.

I can't wait.

Sounds good.. I'll check it out, just to see it's visual glory. I'm not a fan of his work because i prefer story/concept based movies or movies with a unique vision to them, but I don't think anyone can do anything else but being completely in awe when seeing his animation skills.

Damn you and your privelages luis :(. I'm sure it'll be fantastic, something to look forward to after my first day back at school :(. Adam never ceases to amaze, and his animations always include something i never thought possible in flash.

Shooters-Crysis

i just downloaded the crysis demo, and i've got to say, it's not that great. The missions get repetative (move from a>b whilst killing people) and some of the graphics aren't 'next-gen'. However, the physics are pretty great, i love shooting down trees in the forests, i managed to break a tree down in front of an oncomming car, so it flipped over and exploded :).

Anyway, i love fps move than any genre really, especially Half Life 2+GMod. Brilliant games and well worth the few quid they cost.

Now it's really stuck in my head. I mean it's serious genious. I sat there for the whole 1:00+. It was absolutely cockalicious like the title says I mean "I'm going to the PARK today!". WHAT A GREAT LINE! It actually is pretty orgasmic too. You might have a baby coming out of your cockalicious orgasmic song AHH! Truthfully though you kind of sound like my brother. I mean your voice is the TINSIEST bit higher in points but he is able to pull of that like weird sounds stuff.

I do. I know it's alot of effort for you, but just do it. Not just for the reason you posted by the way, but if somebody is asking a question that is missed until say the next page, it can then get confusing seeing a reply without 'RE'. Out of interest, do you read every post made in here?

I've been addicted to Team Fortress 2 for the past 3 weeks. That's pretty much the reason no one's heard from me, it's got such a sweet style to it, I love the 20th century illustration feel to it and how it can be goofy and serious at the same time. Anyone else been playin' it?

Would anyone be able to submit a game or animation to my site. Reason why I'm requesting is because me and Fuzz will be submitting a game in the near future (like, a few hours or so) and I would like as much content on my site as possible. I thank anyone who submits.

I started with Flash MX 2004 Pro (brand new at the time), though I'd been downloading trials of various versions of flash since Flash 5. I didn't get really interested until around Christmas '04. I actually had an ng account for most of '04, but I didn't deposit, submit, or post on the bbs. After the username lockdown, I lost the account.

Level 22 is bitching!

i had flash 5 when i first tried, but i couldnt get the hang of animating at all, so i gave up
then a few months after flash mx came out, i got trial of that and started trying to animate and didn't do so well and started learning AS making a little game after a few weeks of having to click on an MSN butterfly moving along a motion path :P

then a year later i made my AS2 3D engine with full polygonal clipping and navigatable camera with flat shading and back face culling.

and so it goes on, here i am after 4 and a half years

First FLash

I started out with MX as well I think. Ah, I remember that special feeling of opening up Flash for the first time and going through those animation basic tutorials and testing out all of the tools. That was the best. That was right around Christmas time so everywhere was all seasonal and festive and I was cooped up in my little room learning flash. It was special.
