Already added you Luis. At the beginning of the year I decided to make one as most of my friends were on board, and it was a good way to see what people were up to or to leave messages between classes or whatnot. However, it all of a sudden started getting raped by apps, and hasn't stopped since.

I also have been swearing never to get a myspace for a while as well, and I can't say I feel like I'm missing out.

Also, I'm trying to decide between a new laptop or a Wii. I already have a perfectly fine computer, and I don't need a laptop for school as there's plenty of free computers around, but it would be nice to have my own workstation which I don't have to share with anyone, and therefore can install as many games and stuff on it as I want without worrying about hogging all the memory. However, if games is what I want, I may as well get a Wii, which has loads of innovative and fun games, as well as letting me play the classics... but I DO still have a Nintendo 64, along with a DS and a PS2. Hard choice... I could buy both, but that would use ALL my money :p Advice?

I'd go with the laptop. I just bought one of those tablet thingies for my schoolwork. This program Microsoft OneNote is awesome for all that stuff. Microsoft has done a terrible job of advertising for it, and that's really unfortunate considering how helpful it is. Anyway, back to my point - I wouldn't go with the wii...

Just trust me. I bought a wii a while ago, and it got boring really fast (it will if you play it often). Wait until the next smash bros comes out (because the current wii games aren't that great), and in the mean time focus on getting an xbox 360 for halo 3

I would say both, or none, if you buy one you'll always say in your mind 'Damn i wish I had gotten the Wii' (if you buy a laptop) and vice versa.

I love my Wii, haven't gotten bored with it yet, because there are just so many fun minigames that I can pick and play and then put down.

Recent Flash Quality

Has anyone else noticed the past few weeks theres been loads of good flashs usually theres just 1 or 2 in couple of weeks (i think anyway) but theres been more than usual like Aladdin, blockhead, left overs, Metropolis Circuit.

Does anyone else think theres been more good flashes than usual or is it just me?

dunno, maybe everyones been working their ass off during the holidays and now theyve got some awesome shit perfected? also i think everyone waits for good times to submit, after the holidays are been and gone (well in uk anyway) and everyones back home theres more epople to vote.

I think that the quality has improved a lot on NG the last few months, when I submitted a game about a month ago it didn't even get into daily top 10 with a score of about 3.75 :P I believe that it was a day or two before the deadline of that Wiggi-contest though, so a few of those who beat my game was for that, but still..

yeah. i reckon the rules should involve a combination of the length of the film and the amouint of authors submitting it. the only problem would of course be api games, but im sure theres a way around that.

Its got a score of 1.4, but the reviews beg to differ (Average Score: 0.0 / 10).

I think the rule should be is if the submission has more than 3 authors it needs to be cleared by a submissions admin/mod (is there even a thing?).

The wouldn't be cool, no one would like it. I think there should be another category for blowing the whistle on a flash, spam, and of course it'll have the same penalty of being banned or deleted for doing it wrongly.

Some flash that gets through that is shit is funny, but I guess 40 or however many they made of one screen with music in the background just gets gay. It's not even that it's a big deal to not watch them, or to vote 0 and move on, but newgrounds shouldn't be tolerant of such shit. Being a place for young people to post animations or games as they develop their skills is one thing, you know, being amateur friendly, but being a dump where people purposefully toss shit for fun is another thing. It would just be a better site if some of the shit could be stopped.
