Two good ones to look into are: The Animator's Survival Kit by Richard Williams and Cartoon Animation by Preston Blair. Good luck finding what you need.

Yeah, whistle power only works for under-judgment, you have to PM Wade about it. That Tom guy is definitely the one being ripped off, he has a lot of other poo toons on the site.

I PM'd Wade. I didn't mention anything about him just that the flash had been submitted once in 2004, probably the original, and once in 2007 by a different user.

Besides, I think Ruan or whatever had nothing to do with stealing it as he said he was working on it with them in 2003, a year before the first one was submitted.

Wow. I was just digging around for stuff like the aprils fools header and stuff and found some stuff on lordbling. Did that happen in february? I could of swarn it was like a year ago. Time flys.

Sounds cool. I'm not sure if its dead. Tryed going to it and it was just taking ages to load. And then couldn't find it. It might just be a temp thing. If it is dead someone should make a new site along those lines.

This site has an archive of heaps of old ng stuff. The BBS just before the redesign took place, all the old headers, blam/protect movies, portal banners, and all other shit.

Hmm... I love the curly black stuff and the lettering is okay. I'm not really into random paint blotches with solid color paint drips, I feel that it's kind of overused on the internet. But the background thing is way sexy.

Just what I think, though.

yeah i agree. it looks all good except for some random blotches...i also think u shuld add a shine to the text =)

the 0 has a black center but the O's don't i think they deserve black centers as well.
I also want to see it with a shine on the words

I think it looks pretty good. I'm liking the direction of this more than the old one. The old one looked fantastic, but it was all squared and regular, this is wild and energetic. If you keep most of the layout looking this way it'll be awesome. I think it's definitely going in the right direction. When can we be expected to see it? I'm dying with anticipation.

Also, is there no more BA listing? :( What are the "making a collab" rules then?

Actually that's a good point. There's a time an place for cool, dull, low contrast colours, but this thing needs to be as bright and shiny as possible!

I agree with whoever mentioned the shine. This may also cure what shineturtle said of the orange being too bland. If not maybe a slight gradient.
