It's rather annoying how people are spamming the news forums with New Updates on stupid shit, that isn't even counted as NEWS. I believe maybe Tom should shut it down for a bit and have it maintained and available for the real Animators and Game Makers for actually REAL news on their sites or whatever. This is really out of hand, and it's rather annoying to try to get to the damn threads in the BBS.

That's definitely what I'm working towards. I think I can do backgrounds at a respectable level now. Just gotta work on my character animation. Can't wait to be able to make a well animated game on my own. You animators are so goddamn fussy <3

So what did everyone do while NG was down? I made this only using AS. I don't think it's too bad for my first attempt at an API game.

Did anyone else make something? Or did you just go.... outside? *shudders*

Batting Average:

Some of you probably are wondering "HOW DO I VIEW THE BATTING AVERAGESSSSS?!" Well, here's a simple solution on how I found out. I typed in my name "Rudy" under the NG Author-Search Bar and all my submissions came up. Now after that, hover over your icon -- and your name and Batting average will appear. Mine on other hand is "3.9/5.0" batting average.

Easy solution. Hope that cleared some questions. ;)

I went to a dance class :s Extremely odd thing for me to do. This really isn't helping me to look straight is it.

I think the redesign is pretty damn cool. I like the single page submissions viewing/rating/reviewing, and a lot of the new features. Might take a while to get used to things, but change is always good. THis News shit is fucking annoying though. I think it should stay how it is, possibly allow users hand picked by mods/admins, or maybe even users with an A+ BA, but please god we must stop this spamming.

That's pretty much my goal in flash, to be self sufficient, but my coding isn't that awesome, and my animation could use work too, as well as backgrounds, which I pretty much never do.... It's just so much easier working by yourself, because you know what's going on and what's happening next.

Yeah, I found that a while ago too..Weird that you can't see it in the profile.

A trophy case would be a nice feature. The way they have it now takes away from the awards.

There's like 5 sections to your profile now. Click the buttons. I think clicking "flash" lists your awards somewhere
