Hah, I love their articles :P They're cynical and pessimistic as anything.

I didn't realise that saturation from mid to low quality games was such a big issue, but that's probably because I spend more time making games than playing them, but I saw something on one of these content-stealing sites saying something like '10 new games [stolen] every day', so I guess it stands to reason that most of them should be generic and 'safe' minigames.

And according to my spellchecker, 'minigames' is also an error. As is 'spellchecker'.

Money's always been a secondary or tertiary motive for me at any rate, fighting for places with traffic for my site. The biggest motivation in making something should be by far that you're making something which you want to be making. As far as I'm concerned, the moment you start failing at creativity is the moment at which you start making things for somebody who isn't you.

Storms

Anyone whos not been living under a rock in the UK has probably heard about the storms/floods coming this way tomorrow. Anyway, whats the worst storm you've seen?

Mine would have to be when i was 5, in Devon. The electricity was cut, so we were bored, and lighting struck a tree outside our house, it fell onto the roof and went straight through the ceiling into my sisters bedroom :P. We were downstairs, so we were fine, and we got our money back :).

Yeah, I know. Its a shame rly. I also forgot to mention that I have a keyboard. :P I'll try to upload some music today, I guess :) The reason I have so much is because my older brother plays bass, my younger plays guitar, and i play drums/keyboard.

I get 3 weeks for Christmas, 2 for spring, and 3 months for summer, we have the longer summer vacations in the country since schools dont want to pay air-conditioners (we have).
