Riddles

How shit are riddles? 9 times out of 10 the "correct" answer is wrong.

Take this one for example: "You are participating in a race. You overtake the last person. What position are you in?". You could conceivably in any place except last. The answer is gave was "If you answered that you are second to last, then you are wrong. Tell me, how can you overtake the LAST person?!". How can you overtake the last person? By lapping them, that's how.

Take this riddle: "What do you put in a box to make it lighter?". The answer is not holes. You can't put a holes in a box, you MAKE a holes in a box.

God, I hate riddles. Anyone got any other shit riddles they want to share?

Sometimes when someone asks you a riddle, really they've asked a retorical question because only they know the answer to it, or know for a fact that you don't. So they wait for you to say what? Then tell you, and everyone laughs and/or talks about it for 5 minutes and moves onto a discussion about how orgasmic the Wii is.

the Wii is so not a good buy my brother bought one as soon as the novelty wears off in about 3 hours its just boring as hell. Glad I wasn't the fool to buy it.

Forza Car Design

I bought Forza a little while ago and after seeing that boss NG and Street Fighter Logo... I tried my hand at it... and holy crap its a bitch, I made a decent replica of a WSOP Chip logo that looks almost photo quality but let me tell you... some of those cars are just amazing about 98% of them are anime cars but the well done onces are just perfect.

Just proves what you can do with basic shape primatives and one shape per layer =P

I'll post a pic of my design soon if anyone's interested

Now as for the rockout contest how many of you are actually making submissions, because although its only two days in it seem coolio and a few other people are the only ones to make rhythem games... I figured there would be alot of submissions.

I'm finishing the engine tomorow seeing as its a simple concept (and thank god I figured out something that wasn't ddr/gh based) but syncing songs sounds more painful than lip sync

Flash Regs Online Tournament

I had an idea that maybe we could all go online with a game like UT04, CS or whatever and have a dedicated server so we can all play in it. I think it'd be really cool to see all the Regs battling it out in Assault in UT04 or rescuing hostages in CS. What do you guys think?
