InfanateLoop - On a Mac, if you wanted to do something simple such as take a screeny of your desktop and post it, firstly, what's the combination you press to screeny and what program would you use to resize easily + quickly (e.g MS Paint)?
And why was that screeny such bad quality?

Shift+Command+3 = Full screeen capture
Shift+Command+4 = Click and drag around area to capture
Command is also referred to as 'open apple'
In OSX, it saves the image (in pdf format) to your desktop which can be opened in photoshop or whatever.
I'm not InfinateLoop, but we have the same pattern! :D

Was thinking about it yesterday and something we could do is take the train over to Coney Island and have a fun time .... i imagine most of you are wierd looking freaks and itd be fitting to go down to the epicenter of freak shows and wierdos. It'll be June so it should be warm enough to enjoy the boardwalk vibe or maybe go on some rollercoasters or somethin.

if i'm not at the pc i'll have the moniter off...
if i want my pc on while i'm out i'll leave it on but have the moniter and speakers off.. and usually a 'shut down when' type thing going on so the pc doens't need to be on when it's not needed.

If you sneak into my school's ICT rooms at night you'll be able to see 30 screensavers simultaneously, all nicely lined up because the technicians are too lazy to turn the computers off. Such a waste.

I was there last summer if I recall. It is not as impressive as it once was. It is kinda just a ghetto with rollercoasters now, lol. I think they are trying to revamp it so all attractions have lower death tolls or something, not sure.
Regardless, not a terrible idea. The ride on the subway should make everyone more secure about their personal hygiene problems. People can place bets to see who is willing to lick the metal pole you hold-on-to as you ride.

The closest i've done to 'roughing it' is falling asleep on someones floor for a few hours when drunk. Fully clothed, I just lied down and didn't get up til morning. It's sort of like roughing it, just a lot warmer. I woke up with loads of back pains though :(

Its used for gradients when you want it to remember and share the gradient of something you eyedropped. Like sometimes you want to use a gradient but you dont want to manually be editing each gradient just because its a different object.
Its fairly useful for things that you want a consistent gradient for.. such as cast shadows and light sources made with gradients.

Alright, I actually used a software called CaptureMe. It's a free screenshot software I found. I resized it in flash because it was originally about 1200x769 or some hugh jass size like that, so in Flash I had to lower it to 500x400. For some reason, it made it bad quality. And, if anyones wondering wats in my dock (get a life), theres Finder, Mail, Safari, iTunes, Garageband, Fireworks, Flash, Dreamweaver, TextEdit, Calculator (for telling exactly how much percent is done of my project), and Microsoft Messenger.
