look at this little animation i did if you can call it that the hand animation is thery
smooth but all the over stuff (the rest of the body) that i traced lookes awaful...in
this case i culd have insetred a keyframe and deleate and redo only the hand but it takes the chrm and wont work with more complex stuff...what is your advise for better tracing

When FBF'ing trying doing everything twice as big then when done witah the scene just put it all into a movie clip and set it for the exact number of frames.

That usually gets rid of any wobbly lines
or, zoom in more lol

1. Try to make the last movement on the second frame. Then do inbetweens until the animation is smooth.
2. Get a wacom pad. Get graphire, intuos, or Cintiq. I have a graphire. It works perfectly.

:I'm new here, and don't be fooled because I don't have any flash. I have 10 months experience.

Re: New SFB Game

It was great, but it was much too short.

Re: Exp

Er... I think it was two weeks? Of course it got blammed (DBZ vs. Kirby, btw), but I thought it was okay for a start. Here it is.

Re: T-Shirts.

I'm planning to get a store eventually, but I want to know how Cafepress charges you. Do they take part of the money from each sale, or what? Because, if I start a store and sell nothing, then I'll just be spending more money than getting on it.

Windows Media Center

Personally, the program annoys the crap out of me. I don't know what it is about it but it just gets on my nerves. I fucked up my computer a few times by trying to remove it.

Response to The Flash 'Reg' Lounge 2007-01-25 20:35:35

WMP
I actually like this program more than Itunes. It does exactly what it needs to do, and gets through video and audio a lot easier. I find the search feature a lot more powerful, the sorting elegant and intuitive, and the black color scheme great. Itunes tends to have a lot of issues with playing correctly (especially with the 7.x upgrade), and the colors get really drab and disgustingly gray. It's also a complete memory hog.

And it talks to my xbox360, so I can listen to my music in the living room when its in my bedroom. Try the new WMP 11 out for a while, it seriously is better than 9 or 10.

WMC
Sorry, I totally just realized you were talking about Center, not Player. Yeah, the center program is a bit silly. But for Vista, its incredible. Take a look at the Vista version of Media Center.

STOP THAT! STOP! Someone really has to put an end to that nonesense. IT WAS NOT, IT IS. You say that it 'was' a great game because in your selfish little brain when you want to explain your experience playing that game you think about your past action of playing it and therefore put your verb in the past form, but it's WRONG! You can't say 'was' because it still 'is', it's not blammed, destroyed or anything like that. Now I'm tired of seeing people saying that sort of things, it's just horrible... You don't think about the game, you don't think about the others - you just think about YOUR damn experience because it only matters if YOU played it. Now don't start doing that again and apologise right now.

I'm not sure, but I think what he's trying to say is 200% Magnification.

He said animate it all at twice the size as normal while it is in a MovieClip, then shrink it down to half the size.

RE: First Flash

The first flash I submitted to Newgrounds was Drawing And Animation Tutorial, but my first animation wasnt even in flash. It was in Artoonix 1.1.

How many symbols?

How many symbols does your library have when you finish a flash?

For me, before I started to tween, it was about how many sounds I had. Now, I heavily tween. I use 100-500 symbols, for the animation I'm working on: Nothing To Watch Episode 1 (You can see a bit of animation at http://putfile.com/willfxito/media/ , Will's handy putfile), has 194 symbols, and I've been working on it since January 15.

ALTHOUGH logically I would assume that if he plays it again, chances are he will still think it is good and therefore it IS good and not 'was' as long as 'it' stays the same (meaning the game isn't modified) and his taste to that game is still the same. It is technically more correct and effective to say 'is'. Also, if your brain can send the information to your fingers and type the letters i and s faster or slower by up to 33%, it is more effective by c to type 'is' rather than 'was' where c is the percentage of time difference.

RE: Grammar War

I'm no good at grammer if I try to get it right. I just need to speak naturally and i generally get it right ;D.

WarriorDiscos.Co.Uk - Intro Animation

I've been asked to make a intro/animation for a disco site that can loop continuously and keep people interested. I came up with this. I just need some opinions on it, on what i can improve etc. Sorry for the lag, it was designed to be published as an .exe, not to put on the internet :).

Thanks, btw, the background is fully coded, only 64 lines or so, random patterns.

Watch the whole thing loop, otherwise its abit pointless :P.

And therefore it is, and therefore you should alway say 'is' because it still 'is' and it wasn't changed or removed.

Yet, you just made a grammar error. I dislike your choice of placing the final stop after your smilie, as the letters ';' and 'D' do not form a correct word. First finish your correct sentence and then add a smilie, but your current structure of the sentence is wrong.
