Definately awesome. Everything morphed so well, and it all looked great. Fun to watch, one of his best animations in my opinion.
HO HO HOPE you become a Newgrounds Supporter this year!
We're working hard to give you the best site possible, but we have bills to pay and community support is vital to keep things going and growing. Thank you for considering!

KONGREGATE
A brand new Flash Game website in which authors upload their submissions onto their site for ratings and reviews by other members.
The site includes a chatroom, with rooms soon to be added.
It includes a leveling up system, weekly contests and forums, with a great community.
There are already tons of games on the site, uploaded by popular artists seen here on Newgrounds, and my job for today is to help them out and promote their site!
So sign up, and look around, and hopefully if you enjoy the site, you'll come back frequently! The members of the chatroom are great, and include regular users and developers, such as Impotentboy2 and Lusky (who made The Classroom series)
New Computer!
My new computer has finally arrived, and I love it! :D
And it was payed totally by money earned off of Paintball: The Game (it cost about $2500). Now there's some motivation for you lazy asses not making anything ;)
Re: New Computer
Man, do I wish I were good enough to get something sponsored. Maybe someday...
Anyway, have fun with your comp.
I've gone and become an SSBB addict... what to do, what to do...

It seems interesting, but I have way too many things going on right now to even think about joining another site or site forum or any other community...

pc protection
What do you guys use to protect your pc form bad stuff?
I only really have Windows Defender <a ntispy/adware>
found a program called 'System Mechanic 7', seems ligit and works pretty well i guess.. what about you's :)
Re: PC protection
I've got the top of the line- Norton anti-virus. I used to have Spybot along with it, but it didn't help. I also have Stopsign, but that's more of adware then it is protection.

That is a brilliant program, its twice as good as Norton and free. I havnt had a virus in roughly 4 years, roughly the time ive been using AVG :p. Anyway, great program. ZoneAlarm is also fantastic, and free :).

I hate bloody Norton :P
It came on a trial with every new PC we ever got. Not only is it 90% useless; it comes up with all of these shit annoying processes which are irritating as hell to try and shut down.
I just use AVG, Zone-Alarm and a backup team of free programs. They seem to have done fine so far, even if ZA makes all my Source mods crash on their first runs.

you dont even have to create an account, its just a bunch of games. but if yo do create an account you can chat while you play, theres a forum but i never touch it.

Flash Messed Up
About once a week, as I'm animating, flash messes up tremendously. Just a few minutes ago, flash lagged my computer so much that I had to unplug it. Now, as I'm working on it, it lags every time I draw, move on the timeline, tween, etc. It's probably just the file (a collab), but It's still annoying.

RE: PC Protection
I have McAfee, Ad-Aware and Spybot: Search & Destroy.
RE: PC Protection
We used to have McAffe. Now its AVG. It works pretty well.

Odd, considering they are the best known out there...as far as I know.
Either way, my only protection is Trend Micro Pc-cillin Internet Security 12. It came with the computer...
I used to have norton when I used my dad's computer. I've downloaded ad-aware from time to time, but not for this computer. When It starts giving me shit I might consider it.
Free software isn't perfect. It only grabs certain files to remove and they do little to prevent them from coming back. They really want you to buy their full edition or whatever...
OMG LOL!
I can't believe it didn't get blamed!

I was like 96% sure it would get blammed. But it didn't!
... It must have been the "vote 5" message towards the end of the movie... Or maybe just the creepy music.
RE: Blammed
I've seen much worse they probly looked at the first frame andf thought it would be good
Re: New PC
I also have a new computer :D It's fast, though yours is probably faster. But I'm almost 100% sure that mine is sexier. See (thats not actually mine, I just googled for a pic of it)
Re: Computer protection
I'm currently downloading AVG, other than that I have none :P

he's saying your theonly one to admit it
I swear, Roger Ebert can put anything into perspective.
If you are ever considering seeing a movie, have seen a film that you'd like to understand more, seen an arty film and hated it?
Check out some of his reviews. I've read about three tonight just off the spur of watching 'Andy Warhols Flesh'.
I then thought about how Gus Van Sant's recent three movies (Gerrie, Elephant & Last days) are all minimalist, and was wondering if he'd also trash them in his own way.
Anyway DO check him out. Intresting.
NOTE - Easy way to find him, go to IMDb then click on 'External reviews'. He is generally first on the list.

Which brings me to my question..
---
Cinematography thought?
How many of you really think about what you're doing as your doing it. I'm no Roger Ebert (can't analyise - can't get out what I mean atleast). Alot of the stuff on NG doesn't seem to which is obviously understandable as this isnt a pro place -- not a dis, that's a pretty cool thing in my opinion.
There's so much to think about when framing a shot, what angle - will this ad empathy to the character, what if I shoot it in close up? Will this too? A long shot would do the set justice, Why handheld? etc.
Anyway.. im drifting. How many of you would really like to learn all this shit, or like are you cool with how you currently do it?
