It's the whole 1GB of RAM. Some is reserved, but the amount is always round.
Anyway just reinstall Windows. It's not your computer's fault that you don't upkeep the system. I still run a virtual Debian and stuff on 500MB.

I use my monitors separately, for example flash or left 4 dead on 1 monitor and the internet or some movie on the other one. Never have I felt the need to have my internet browser spread on a 2960x1050 surface. You could probably download some program to make multi-tasking on several monitors easier.

Has everyone seen Google Wave? I really like the idea of my email/IMs/blogposts/forumposts all being connected by a central hub. Its great they are going open source and if a lot of websites pick this up it could really change the internet!

Agreed. I love how you can edit the wave anywhere and it'll update all instances of the wave, where ever it's been posted which could obviously be really useful. It looks mega easy to use as well, with the typical neat, simplistic interface google uses for everything.

I had 4 of them. Started with one then brought him girlfriend because he started biting out of loneliness (yes they do that) then his girlfriend died (she was areal bitch !!) then we got hin a new girlfriend (she was nice lol) and when he died we got her a new boyfriend..
facts and tips:
1:sad thing is that they only live up to 2 years =[
2:they can't be alone they need a friend and to be played with allot (by the way i hope your hamster and your girlfriends are in the same cage because otherwise they will forget about eace other and when you will put them together they WILL fight !)
3:they fuck allot !! mine warn't fertile or shit because no children but otherwise get a contact of a pet store cause you will run out of friends to give them away to..
4:you must change their food water and sawdust every week
5:you must give your hamster a running wheel !!! so he will stay fit and won't get bored other wise he will start to climb without stopping around the cage all day long..
6: don't put them in your room they are night creatures so sleeping with them running on the wheel
(sometimes for hours only stopping for drinking) is kinda hard and the sawdust can be really cancering if you sleep with a cage in your room every night !!!
7: put them someplace cold or with no sun and in the summer put some ice in their cage or they will die from the heat !!! (in Hebrew they are called cbirik hamsters because they live in cibir and in deserts in china and go out only in the freezing night)
8:again about them running all night i really mean it they can go up to 20 kilometers a night to find food and they will do that distance on their running wheel...
8:but them food these are not rabbits they can't live only on carrots although they will enjoy carrots and meat from time to time..
9:you will see those things that i have no idea how you call in English that you eat that are made out of
sunflower seeds in their food but don't give them those that you eat because salt will kill them !!

If you have any question feel free to pm me =] and if you like your hamsters follow what i told you out of all my friends i am the only one which his hamsters lived to long age and died happy and old..
by the way they are extremely smart and capable you will be surprised by the stuff they do and figure out if you live an open door in the top of the cage they will manege to escape..good luck =]

My friend bought a mouse about 6 months ago, then he got another one (Arther & Martha :P).. then the female got pregnant, and.. kept getting pregnant. He's had about 4 litters, but they keep dieing and the other mice keep eating the young :/ Honestly I think he isn't feeding them properly, and the mice are just eating the young because they have nothing else to eat. I don't know though :P He has about 10 mice atm.. they're really cute :D

The people that were supposed to be making spamtheweb pulled out, and said they were going to make it a seperate site. You can imagine how I felt about that.

Now I have a dilemma, should I make a new website myself? Or do I pay someone to do it asap?
My PHP skills are lacking although I do want to improve them, so it would take me a while and wouldn't be the best.
Or do I pay someone (as an investment) to make the website much better and professional.

Whats the main aims for the site gonna be? You could use joomla ive heard its pretty easy to pick up and you can build pretty big sites easily. If you want to go big time with it then you should pay for someone to make it for you really, if the site it going to be used by thousands (millions?) of people you cant have php errors and things.
