hey does anyone know how to make good quality gifs with GIMP?

does remember the username of the guy who used to make terribad paint sigs, but when hashbrown asked for one, everyone began requesting him to make sigs for them as a joke?.. all I remember is that his name was only in numbers and the first digit was 9 I believe

Nope, if that were the case then some more recent generation would have erased the sweet taste of Inglor, and Toast and NC's fighting from my memory. Things really were better back then :D

Its currently called Redneck Downhill Challenge. I guess it started out as a response to how well these really simple games like
Shopping Cart Hero and Learn to Fly are doing at the moment. There is SO little to them, but they are getting millions and millions of plays.

Basically you build a cart out of different parts, then race it down a hill will ragdoll and lots of fancy stuff. Anyway, hopefully should turn out well! Also LongAnimals recently did a multiplayer api for MindJolt and is currently deciding whether or not it would work for this... :P
