They're my file formats, I don't intend anyone else to use them, and I don't want them getting confused with other files

Gust sounds like a programming language, glaiel somehow doesn't, no idea why though. Also, that looks brilliant so far glaiel, the concept seems to have moved over well from flash. The moths are also a very nice touch, the only problem i can see with it is the black & white colour scheme, which may limit what you can do when you go further into development. Still great though, i'd buy it.

Id love a Tip jar feature like the one on Kongregate. Its great being able to give a quid to someone who has entertained you and its also a great feeling that someone likes your work enough to give you some of thier money in appriciation.
It would easily work with the new revenue system, let users tip with revenue earned and have the same payment system. It would also be a great way to get a little bit more money to the guys who make movies. Id love to give a few pounds to Flecko, ive watched Aladdin 3150 way too many damn times.
What do you guys think?

Brilliant idea! I would use it. Suggest it to Tom, or something - of course not many people will have much money in their revenue, but those that have a few dollars which rarely increases will definitely be inclined to "tip" artists. Maybe not have a limit on tips, so people could tip $0.01 - it wouldn't exactly be an insult, and would encourage lots of smaller tips rather than just 1 or 2 users tipping properly.

I like this idea, i think it's better to use a small amount, since it will probably mound up to a larger amount than $1 donations, as 1cent is nothing really, so people will donate all the time. Anyway, suggest it, i'm sure everyone would agree with you.

It's really no big deal to understand different programming languages unlike with human languages.
Imperative languages have the same 'grammar', programs are a list of commands that consist of function calls that can have a side effect and/or return a value (this includes numeric calculations and manipulating data like arrays, though it's a different kind of function).
You have your assignment, your function calls and array access the same way as in Actionscript. You know how to use these easily, so I think it's plenty to go from when learning new languages.
Steve Yegge used this command to print the squares of 1 to 5 to illustrate something (I think it was how much Java sucks).
Ruby:

Actionscript:

I wish you script kids would expand your knowledge a bit, seeing multiple languages would help you understand technicalities in programming that you're struggling with in Actionscript because next to the code window you have a frigging stickman to finish drawing so you could add a hittest.
