Stratus
I might as well spill it here too.

Some of you might remember that PDF I linked to about something called Stratus a while back. Basically, it's a hosted server that can handle Adobe's new protocol RTMFP (Real Time Media Flow Protocol).

Anyway, long story short, it has now been released for beta usage if you sign up for a developer key.

I got Left 4 Dead on Sunday and I'm loving it :X It's a bit buggy and my laptop sucks for gaming but it's still fun.

Back to work tomorrow, 8-5 :[ I haven't worked for 3 months (been at uni) so this will be interesting to see if I can remember.. how to .. serve burgers. YEAHH BOY.

Some of you have probably seen this, but these pics of the riots in Greece (which seem very over the top but I have no idea about Greek politics so I'm not going to judge) are absolutely amazing. I already set the green laser picture as my wallpaper, it's breathtakingly cool.

Highlights: lone policeman, biker with petrol bomb, angry man, coca cola gun, flower = peace, let's do the running man, shoot the floors, Anarchy Rules, "meh", PEW PEW, melting children, dance for peace, sweating blood.

I realise that's a big list, but I could have easily included more. I love photography, especially with things like this - when things are happening, frantic things, a photo can literally speak a thousand words.. it gives us an insight into what is happening but also creates a totally separate and beautiful thing.

Here come the Winter Break collabs!
I actually love how everyone comes together for collabs, my favourite one in the making would have to be the pork and beans collab, and Jon Foreman - In My Arms Collab is going to be really great, just look at the animator line-up!

Oh my. That's horrible! Hopefully, those riots don't circulate to Canada! If they do, I'll have to keep Derek inside for the Winter!

The running man and the guy with blood dripping from his sleeve are amazing shots. I should show you some of the pictures I took at the Phillies riots a month or so ago...definitely not up to the magnitude that these are, but it's by far the most intense thing I've been part of. I'll upload them somewhere and link the best one of these days.

Is it me or are these things becoming... well... decent? I mean there are plenty of boring adverts and ones for games that just don't capture your attention... but at least three have gone out of thier way to actually click on them to see what they're about.

My friends sister was just in greece, apparently those riots were schedualed so every day at *certain time* she'd have to go into her home, lock all doors, maybe hide in basement im not sure :P Starting to forget the details she told me a few days ago haha.
