Sometimes it's hard to know whether you're serious or not. As much as id love to travel around the world showing up to peoples doorsteps purely for the LULZ... i dont quite have the bankroll nor interest. I just like recieving / sending stuff in the mail. Its like extra special when someone like sends you a letter or something. Its far better than an alert saying you have e-mail.

Oh while I'm on that subject, so I went to the post office over the weekend. Probably the worst decision ive made in a long time. There was a line all the way to China, that wouldnt have been TOO bad, as I expected that. But damn it was a fucking war zone out there.
I learned that people literally CANNOT drive during xmas season, or atleast if it comes down to having to mail packages out. There was this one woman who was driving against traffic, everyones like blaring their horns as she tries to squeeze through, going the wrong way... just to get to a parking space that wasnt even a parking space. It was like a fucking fire lane... this woman who GOD BLESS HER HEART is going against traffic, going after a space that she isnt even supposed to park in, just to get little timmy his present on time. It was fucking rediculous.

Then there was this other old woman, who is like slowly parking her big whale of a car, shes all cautious and shit, and you know how some parking spaces have that concrete block in front of it so you dont extend into the other space.. well as i mentioned shes like slowly working her way in and she fucking GUNS it... she goes over the concrete block and cracks the bottom molding of her car.. i was walking back to my car at this point, cause i fuckin gave up trying to fight these people or risk my life to mail those sketchbook tour shirts that i was giving away. so im like standing there looking at this woman who fucked up her car.. and she like looks at me and is like whatya lookin at... so i just smiled and kept walkin.. ANYWAY my point is dont goto the post office.

I got all my Christmas shopping done in one sweep via Amazon. It cost a lot up-front, but I am sure it would have cost the same even if I bought everything separately in stores. I'm not helping the local economy but at least I'm contributing to the country's economy.

My apartment complex offers free gift wrapping supplies and hot apple cider during the holidays, one of the few perks we get for renting there. I love it :).

But If my mum refuses to take me somewhere to get them (it's easier that way 'cause she knows what everyone wants etc) I think I'll go in to town after college tomorrow as I finish at 10.30 anyway. Pop into the bank, pop into a shop and buy everyone's presents. But unfortunately, I never go there to go shopping so I don't know where any of the shops are, except Woolworths but that's gone obviously, AND there is a chance I will bump into someone I really don't want to.
