I'd like some clarification too. Not being nit-picky or anything... I'm seriously, whole-heartedly curious.

I was under the assumption this was like all of us meeting at a coffee house and just discussing things that would be considered spam elsewhere on the forums.

If that's not the case, then what's the purpose of having this thread? Couldn't all of our flash related questions just be in the flash forum? Regs would answer them there as well.

Anyone noticed how simple it is to make good quality looking Flashes like Homestarrunner.com and Happy Tree Friends? People don't use that simple style often, it's also supposed to be quick to animate with and people go all WOAH! DIS IS AMAZING! Over the simple animation and simple style.

Well, its a fine line, and that line isnt that well defined. Yes you can talk about whatever you want, but lets make an effort to not make it a total spam fest, im not like DEMANDING that you talk about a particular anything. A stray topic or whatever is fine but constantly revisiting a topic that has been extensively exhausted 20 pages ago seems a bit unnecessary. I figure if you're gonna bring it back from the dead atleast find a good angle to relate it back to the flash world.
I know people can start their own topics for 'real' flash questions but i also know that some regs are territorial and they just want to mingle in here and be answered to by a crowd they are comfortable with and frequently exchange posts with so all I'm saying is lets try to keep in mind this is a flash forum.

You English are so lucky. Every NG meet here in the States is always at least 500 miles away, where as, most of you live within 50 miles of London.

I don't know who they are, my brother slipped on my computer and downloaded it off limewire. If I ever have a month, I'll try and get it together, I can see it now, like luis's breakfast club but trippy.
