Oh man, I REALLY want to make a website, so I can post up all my stuff, and have a site that is a showcase of my work.

When I posted about this a couple of weeks ago I got no replies. So I'll say it again: if anyone wants to make a website and is confident that it will be able to generate a decent amount of views through any type of means, then get in touch with me. I'm fluent with html, php, mysql and css and I would like to have a website. Web hosting doesn't need to cost more than 4 euros per month.

LOL, I've been looking for a new computer for a couple months now, my friend built me a kickass one a week ago, and now I'm getting it on Monday. Unfortunately, it has Vista on it. I might re-install it with windows. 500gb hard drive ftw, my current one was 20gb! Thank god for external hard drives.

It's cool that you got a friend who built a computer for you. When it comes to knowledge about computers, I'm considered like a god among my age group at school. However I'm sure that even your friend who built your PC knows ten times more than me. I can't imagine anyone in my class who plays computer games more than 30 mins per day :/ One of the things that I would really wanna have in my life is some sort of nerd community where I could fit in. The only time I talk about anything that's computer / flash / gaming related it's on NG or other places on the internet, it's like im a different person irl.

Maybe if I look really hard I'll find a small group of nerds, although french nerds are a very special group of nerds (which i don't consider myself to be a part of). maybe i should just move to england or america.

I'm back once more, and this time I'm back at home, using my wonderful XP computer of awesome :D. Mouse, keyboard and screen feels kind of funny, but I'll get back used to it.. it sure is nice to be back home and have all my programs and all my things back :D:D

I've tested out vista ultimate and it didn't seem too bad but from what I've heard it's a bad resource hog (in the words of either MikeBanas, Envix or Salted Tator Tot.

Anyone else completely addicted to energy drinks. I used to have about three or four a day when I was about 9 so now I'm so used to them I can have quite a few and hardly effect me. This struck me a few weeks ago when I was working on a game with an 18 year old who said that they had just drunk 2 and could hardly stand still.

I have home premium and it really gives me no problems, and it gave me no problems when I had a slow ass computer. Granted, I keep user account acess and aero off, I don't think it's that much of a resource hog

But if everyone else things it won't work, don't get it./

I tend to restrain myself when it comes to these, maybe once or twice a month. I've become aroused by Rockstar and the Monster BFC (and yes, I mean aroused). BFC stands for Big Fucking Can for all you nublets.

Your Top Favorite Flash Game

In trying to think of a game idea I might like to do, I decided to look at some of my favorite flash games, and since I'm an idiot and don't put my favorite games on my favorite games list here on ng, I really only have one that I really like. AND so I thought I'd make it a topic in the reg lounge so I can see what games other people consider their favorite, so I can maybe get an idea of a type of game I want to make, and just for fun...

For my top favorite, since it's my favorite on my list, I'm choosing gogo happy and smile. If you haven't played it, it's like alien hominid but with a cat and a bunny... and it's a bazillion times harder.

Unfortunately so. I've googled the answer to my problem, and so far everyone who's bought these newfangled HP computers with the newfangled Vista 64-bit OS has THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM AS ME. >:(

FAVE FLASH GAME
My fave game is fancy pants adventures. It's one of the few flash games I bothered to play through till the end.

Favourite flash game: Got to be amorphous+ probably. The achievements are just so addictive. Then again I also get completely addicted to the "sand" or "dust" java games like Falling sand (quite basic) and the one on Dan-Ball (more advanced.) I like being able to experiment and control what happens. Maybe a sandbox game with achievements in flash? :D

I know this has been said a billion times, but dammit, I want to do flash, but I lack motivation. Sure money would be nice but there's always that voice inside my head that constantly says, "What if they hate it?" and I'm very self consious about my things.
