VISTA!

noob question incoming: is that good or not? :P anything that's "premium" always sounds cool, but im kinda turned off by vista after reading the posts on last page.

You can do right click -> graphic card on ur desktop. for RAM / processor speed / OS go to my computer and click "Show system information".

Why ? I don't care much if it doesn't work with 1GB RAM, because im most likely gonna have 4 GB. When I was getting the specs for the best possible gaming computer at the computer store, the guy prescribed vista home premium. Is that good or should I change to XP?
The one im using right now runs on XP so i don't really know how vista is.
Uniiii!!!
which had a "Hello World" test thing, funny :D

That was written in august 2007. Surely there have been improvements since then; it can't be that bad, can it?

Heres Mine <3
Most people hate it, but I love it.
I generally prefer flat keyboards, and i also agree that the one i linked looks ugly as hell. but serious games will always come to a point where looks don't matter at all compared to efficiency (irl looks too :p)
You know, like Toast, Luis, Blaze, Blackfang, Liaaaam etc.
Funny that you mention it, because I've always hated my username ever since I got old enough to realise it's retarded to call myself a toast lmao. if you really want to change your username you can PM wade, but im sure we'll all remember your username. I've seen you post on the flash forum many times.
I've always wanted to be a regular on the flash reg lounge, but I don't think that will ever happen, due to the time I'm actually online. Everytime I go away, liek, 4 more pages are made...
I'd love to be a reg, but... oh well :(
stop bitching. if you want to consider yourself as a reg, then you're a reg. we don't care about your post count or posting frequency, we just care if you provide good quality posts and opinions to the lounge...
oh wait, we don't. we just care about your post count.
Making a website
Making a website
Oh man, I REALLY want to make a website, so I can post up all my stuff, and have a site that is a showcase of my work.
When I posted about this a couple of weeks ago I got no replies. So I'll say it again: if anyone wants to make a website and is confident that it will be able to generate a decent amount of views through any type of means, then get in touch with me. I'm fluent with html, php, mysql and css and I would like to have a website. Web hosting doesn't need to cost more than 4 euros per month.
new computer (xToxicxEmpire)
LOL, I've been looking for a new computer for a couple months now, my friend built me a kickass one a week ago, and now I'm getting it on Monday. Unfortunately, it has Vista on it. I might re-install it with windows. 500gb hard drive ftw, my current one was 20gb! Thank god for external hard drives.
I'll post the specs up later, but my current computer is SOOOO shit.
It's cool that you got a friend who built a computer for you. When it comes to knowledge about computers, I'm considered like a god among my age group at school. However I'm sure that even your friend who built your PC knows ten times more than me. I can't imagine anyone in my class who plays computer games more than 30 mins per day :/ One of the things that I would really wanna have in my life is some sort of nerd community where I could fit in. The only time I talk about anything that's computer / flash / gaming related it's on NG or other places on the internet, it's like im a different person irl.
Maybe if I look really hard I'll find a small group of nerds, although french nerds are a very special group of nerds (which i don't consider myself to be a part of). maybe i should just move to england or america.
