Even though I don't care for this rule personally, I still feel it's a good rule. Like how I wish I could murder people, but it's still a good idea for that anti-murder law to be in effect.
However, I don't think that you should just ban people that wont post in English, you should also ban people that refuse to post in legible English. I don't like reading posts that are just as hard to understand as posts written in a foriegn language.

is something I came across earlier today. If poeple like this were banned, not because of his beliefs, but because of his inablity to put his point across, the BBS would be a much better place.
