Thats how it has been for a while now, I usually get twice as many saves as blams even tho I do enjoy to blam. I have get tabs on other members just out of curiosity and I am not going to name names but all they do is save.
But that is just how the portal is now, you get more saves than blams even if you like to blam, I think I managed to get more blams than saves one day last week.
On a side note I just entered the top 200 in B/P points.

I'm unsure what point you're trying to make, but frankly, that's just the way the portal goes right now. I'm a reasonably light voter anyway, but even when I do vote 0 or 1, the submission in question will often pass. I've actually seen a lot of submission that I like lately, too, so obviously I'm going to try and save those ones.

Honestly, I didn't realise it. But looking at yesterday's stats, we can see: 84 Blammed & 186 Saved. It hasn't been a bad day, I have already seen some days with only 50 Blamed and 150 Saved.

I log my stats on NG Log every Wednesday, and I get usually more 10 Blams than saves. That happened for the past three logs, I think. I seriously don't know why that happens.

Just leave the save whores to it. There's nothing that can be done about them - they have as much right to vote on a submission as anybody else on Newgrounds. Keep voting appropriately and forget about what the save whores are doing.

Back in the day, you could gain experience for refering members of this site. I'm not saying that Pimp did, but according to the stats, he probably did, hence his odd (Not rounded to 0 or 5) number of experience points.
As we should know, this system was shut down, due to abuse. I'm guessing that he has papered over certain missed deposits.
On a related note, I've only missed a handful... I think it's around 5 total and Ive been here nearly four years. Every time someone above me misses a deposit, I climb closer to them. That's my experience motto :)

That's true, very true. But still, it gets annoying. I'm not annoyed at the spammers themselves though; they've been here since at least 2000. No, I just get pissed at save-whores.

I can understand that, it IS annoying when unworthy submissions pass judgment, but like I say, there's only so much we can do about it.
It doesn't do anything, hence I don't do it. But sometimes I do get the impulse.
Just make sure you don't act on that impulse. It could jeopardize your place in the Barracks if you engage in such behavior. There's a section of spamming in the Old EGB FAQ, and although that predates user pages, and refers predominantly to the BBS, the general idea of the rule is 'no spamming'.

I am glad you are changing your ways of being a save whore but you do not need to just blam to even your stats. Just vote fairly on the submission and you will get all the saves and blams that you need. Its common to have more saves than blams now even if you are not a save whore, just look at my stats :P

I'm pretty sure everyone passed through a sort of period where they voted to Save some stuff they later regretted, and wished they had voted 0 on instead.
Also, there was an attack on the Portal yesterday?! I go to 420chan for one day, and I miss out on 11 Blams... Ah well.

yea, statistically speaking your gona naturally have more saves, but I want to get more blams (fairly of course) before I go back to voting on everything again.

There has to be a glitch. How can someone get a 74 (on the nose, too) increase in just a week.
Peregrinus went from something like 20/day to 95/day in only a week. That just ain't right.
