Sorry to DP, and sorry about using my alt, but disregard that. The author's site who submitted that says www.playza.com whence that submission came... So maybe it wasn't stolen. If it was, someone at Rage's probably would have noticed it anyway. So chances are it was the actual author.

For now, yes. Guardsman rank is given to those from the NGPD who are actively working towards becoming a Private and joining the EGB in the future. Anyone who wants to join eventually can post here as a guest, but Guardsman is, at least currently, strictly for NGPD'ers (as they've already had a basic security check and all).

Not really just spend more time on the portal, and if you specifically want blams, just seek out the submissions that don't deserve to pass judgment.

It's really just about maximizing the time you spend on the portal. You should look into getting Portal Guard if you don't already have it. It tells you when new submissions enter the portal, so you don't have to keep checking every so often, and never miss a vote.

I'd like to bring a scarcely discussed topic to the table, Ladies & Gents:

Sk8erGirl14 has recently undergone a name swap with R3dF0x and as a result, Sk8erGirl now has a vastly inflated stock of statistics.

It's causing quite a stir in the Wi/Ht ranks. Should this ever arise, would we allow her access to the EGB? I'd personally say nay, as while she does meet the credentials for joining the ranks, she has achieved the vast majority of those stats from the name change.

The current claim is that R3dF0x is her brother, who doesn't use the account any more. The name change was arranged through Wade, but in the defence of my case, when poxpower famously had his username stolen, back in 2004 / 05, the new account didn't gain the moderator powers or stats. Why should this be any different?

Well, considering I'm against even allowing her to be on the pentalist update as 'Sk8erGirl14', I'd say no. The stats aren't hers, and even though the rank on her original account was Corporal, I think it shows a certain degree of treachery in her personality - that she's willing to take credit for achievements that someone else has worked their ass off for.

Exactly - she didn't earn the Level 30 Supreme Commander status, so why should we give her credit for it?

I see where all you guys are coming from, though I don't think the account should be removed from any lists as technically the account deserves to be there, even if the person behind it doesn't. But how is this different from getting other people to deposit for you, which A LOT of people do? Or having multiple people use one account (which I know a number of users do, including some well known ones), or even how our very own pwroftheseagoat has help B/Ping when he is away? In all of these cases some of the stats (in some cases a large amount of them) were compiled by other users and not the real owner of the account, the only difference is they (mostly) don't go preaching about how they did all the work themselves. So she changed the account name to that of another account... that really doesn't make any difference as not long ago everyone could change their account names- take X-naut as an example. That name once belonged to somebody else.

I guess I just don't see what the big deal is, especially if what she says is true and she has been sharing the account for years anyway!

I reckon I'm actually in the minority as a user that has compiled every single point/post/review on this account myself, even sacrificing EXP deposits (fairly frequently recently) to maintain an unblemished record of my activity on this site.

As for entry into the Barracks, if she applies? I think it should only even be considered with her original account. I don't care what she claims, I would want to be absolutely sure.

Unlikely that she'd apply, and even more unlikely that there'd be enough support for me to allow it, but just in case. It's not just about stats in the EGB, it's about attitude. And from what I've seen, there's a bit of an attitude problem with her, truth or not.

In any case, I don't really care. Doubt it'll ever happen anyway. fgsfds

Yea I have it, I just need to spend more time on the portal thanks. Congratulations Joshiwa, that is a sexy badge! As far as the name swapping goes, I think its fine for them to use the account as long as they don't claim that they earned those stats.

There has always been poorly drawn stick animation in the portal, you just happened to come across the portal when it was flooded with them. You should start B/Ping again and the portal is the same as its always been.

Sorry civilian you do not have sufficient amount of B/P points to join. Tho you can enter the portal where you can vote on the under judgment flashes where 0 to 1 is a blam and 2 to 5 is a save. When you get a total of 400 B/Ps (security guard) you can join the NGPD but as of this moment they are not taking any new members because they are eventually going to open a new thread.

If you are able to join the NGPD you have a chance to join us as a Guardsmen, but not a full member. When you have a total of 2,500 B/Ps then you may be up for discussion to join our ranks.

To be considered for the Elite Guard Barracks, you must be of Private rank or higher (2500+ B/P), and have an intact whistle (Normal or higher).

Anyone over the rank of Security Guard (400+ B/P) can apply to the Newgrounds Police Headquarters, where they can work on their B/P'ing, whistling, and other skills until they reach Private.

Therefore unfortunately you do not meet the requirements to join the EGB just yet, but with patience and hard work in the portal you will be here before you know it!

If you can get the number of blams I have right now in less than 5 years, than your a freak who's always online... There is not way to blame anything anymore. The flash standards we're pretty high before, and no crap was admitted on Newgrounds.
But since the last Clock Day... the protect happy mentality have stayed in all users minds...

Anyway, I hope that things will change, cause nobody enjoys a poor animated flash... or spam shit...

I didn't look at your profile before posting. But I was not talking about you, but more about new users that would like to increase their B/P points. Well yeah, but only a few spam crews were able to do this in the past :P
