To answer your original question, no you can't join. Yet. This club is based around Blam/Protect levels. You need to be a minimum of Elite Guard Private (2,500 total points). Currently, you have 21, so you have a while to go.
Once you reach the police ranks, you can join the NGPD.

I actually told a mod (Im not telling you, hehe...) about SamSam72 because he spammed here and in a few other places that i post in. He also made an insult towards me. I checked out his posts and a lot of them involve "$%$^%#&&", whatever that means. Anyways, he got what he deserved and thats what matters.

I know, but sometimes you just have to leave it and just report it to a mod, which is just as satisfying if it leads to them being banned. If you really feel the need to voice your opinion to them, copy & paste the quote into a PM and do it that way. It's better than potentially instigating flame wars on the BBS.

I wouldn't bother asking mods to delete your posts - they don't normally do it on request. It's the same principle as review mods not deleting reviews on request. If you make a post/review you don't like, you normally just have to live with it, I'm afraid.

A pretty average week for me. Coop I think you'll be pleased to know that my average is about to take a severe fall. My wife got a job and is no longer able to cover for me while I'm at work. It'll be interesting to see how much she really helps out though. It's too bad I can't bp from work. It'd make the time pass quicker and I might actually enjoy work if I could bp there. Maybe I should submit a formal request to unblock newgrounds under some kind of productivity boost bs.
As for the Sk8erGirl14 R3dF0x thing I'd have to agree with a lot of what Sentio posted. Obviously I myself share my account with my wife. I really don't see any problem with that and if any does that's just a matter of personal opinion. There are no rules that are against sharing accounts so I see nothing wrong with the name change. But I do agree that this person didn't earn the majority of stats. That would be like my wife taking sole possesion of this account and acting like she earned all the points when in reality it's only a fraction of the whole.
Should we let her join the EGB? Well I don't know. Are they a good poster? Are they generally liked by the club? These are the more important questions I think would have to be answered. Of course this is all hypothetically if she asked to join, but at least it gave me something to write about.

Actually, that was made by a KK member, about a thread in General where someone was complaining about the KK. It's really just a joke.
Sorry I haven't been around lately... I've just not been active enough in the Portal to get points or to catch stolen/malicious/pornographic/hateful Flash and post them here. I've been more active on the BBS, mostly in General, for a contest in the Department of Defense. I'll be getting back to the Portal starting (hopefully) tomorrow, though, so I might be back here more often soon.

Possibly... technical details may arise though, such as the fact that your screenshot was taken towards the end of the day, and I did the stat pull for the roster at around 7am or so, which means you'll have effectively lost a day of B/P by the next roster. If you're OK with that, I'll work off the stats from your screenshot.
If Stero is doing the update, though, he might prefer to just put you as 'new', but I'll convey this conversation to him so he can make a decision. I still haven't heard back from him about whether or not he's able to do the roster this week, so I'll let you know when I know.
