This member finds reviews that people have done and judges if they are abusive or not to gain witsle points. He never misses a beed sir, always out looking for more threats. I would think about some position so this great captin.

Today I signed in with exactly 9600 b/p, and now im signing of with 9681 b/p. A gain of 81 rather large considering how many were actually submitted.

I have been on the portal from sunrise to sunset and then some so I am a little dissapointed, because any other day I would of got 100+

A surprising 127 points! Luckily the portal didn't stay as slow as it started out...
Also, today was the 30th day of me tracking my B/P's...so I calculated my average, and it's 106.1 a day. Not bad considering I was gone three days and got zero points for them, lol.

I regularly visit the Abusive Review thread in the Wi/Ht? forums (as you can tell, what with me having a link to it in my sig), and Captain LittleWashu is always supplying the masses with whistle points. He definatly does his part in keeping the portal clean of abusive reviews. Thank you for your work there, sir! :salute:

I'm keeping the DEFCON at DEFCON 4 until morning. I don't feel quite equipped to reduce the DEFCON any mroe tonight.

In response to Captain LittleWashu's question, I would consider a position in regards to reviewing, but I would need the consultation of my fellow officers. I would appreciate response in regards to this situation. For the record, I think it's a great idea, but I have appointed quite a few people lately and want the response from my fellow officers before I proceed.

I would also ask Captain LittleWashu to provide ideas on how the Barracks could best tackle the Abusive Review problem. I guess I have to ask...isn't there already a place to go to whistle reviews? Indeed, if my recon memory serves me correctly, Captain LittleWashu is practically the king of finding these reviews...

Actually, the Mensa Research Journal had a whole ton of articles all based on alcohol, and the disparaging limits on the drinking age and what BAC is considered drink...quite an interesting story. Indeed, I think the limits are trying to use age as a mark of maturity, but hell...it's not like age is the defining answer to how mature someone is. And (at least in the US), if a parent feels them fit to drink, they CAN serve them alcohol. Hell, mine did.

My dad made me have a Beck Dark Oktoberfest as my first beer...I could've sworn that beer poured like molasses. What a dark beer! Of course, Becks Dark is a great beer to have for me now...I guess that was my flagship beer to appreciating the heavy beers...

I think you're a bit late for that discussion, Police Lieutenant. About two pages back on the NGPD HQ it was determined that Lieutenant DarthMalentus would resume his leadership of the NGPD HQ with Captain Rslegend as his second in command. If Lieutenant DarthMalentus feels the need to take another leave of absence, Captain Rslegend can take up his role in his absence.

Also, I did make a formal post in regards to the NGPD HQ site, where I recommended Lt. DarthMalentus as the leader, since he did start the NGPD and has many good visions for the HQ's future. If you are interested, I suggest you read up on the discussions held at the Headquarters earlier today.

I voted on that movie today. Unfortunately, the movie I voted on was different -- and stolen. When I voted, the "Thanks for voting" page showed me the first review that movie had received, and it was talking about parodying Zelda. I had no idea what the fuck the reviewer was talking about until a Robot Ranger came into the Clock Crew chat room and posted a link to the aforementioned movie, as well as the reviews page for that movie.

I read through the reviews, and I saw some mention of "bait and switch" -- you will too if you read the reviews -- and someone mentioned the name of the movie being something like "Blam This Piece of Crap." It was then that I remembered the movie I had voted on, and I performed a search for it. What I found was this movie by PureCarnage. Please note that there is NO UNDERSCORE in this PureCarnage's username. Please also note that this movie was submitted all the way back in August. This is the movie I saw in judgement.

The Robot Rangers are now in some deep shit. And thank goodness, because they sucked anyway. If you want the recap, here's the list of charges I hold against them:

- Baiting and switching to get a crappy movie past judgement.
- Stealing a previously submitted movie to bait and switch with.

ah dark beers, we have a lot of those here. my fav foreign dark beer is and stays Guiness. in local beers we have to much of a choice i can't really name one favourite because i would do injustice to the other beers. But what do you consider heavy? the normal alc. % here is +- 5% for simple beers. heavy beers start 'round 8% and can go up to 12 %

Well, like I said before, I have no problem with any group, no matter how crappy. The Robot Rangers don't really bother me besides the fact that they can never put out a flash I would deem worthy of passing judgement. Hell, I don't even mind the Barney Bunch. Sometimes the put out a flash or two that I vote high for...

The official vote for wesdood's admittance to the Barracks is now over. By an overwhelming majority, the Barracks will not admit him as a member. Like I said, the end result was my discretion, but it is hard to ignore a 9-to-1 majority with 1 abstention.

Had wesdood sticked around and pleaded his case, I might have accepted him as a member on a trial basis. This would not allow him member-level clearance to the forums, but it would have allowed him to post here as a member until his credibility was proven. Indeed, nary a word was given in response.

His actions were very fishy, as he joined the Barracks Forums and has not even posted once. My theory is that he was attempting espionage. Therefore, that and the Barracks member's voice have caused me to not admit him to the Barracks.

This shows the importance of protecting our classified material on the forums, as there are those attempting to get it. However, I need to state something important at this time.

The Barracks has rejected a member of the Barney Bunch, yes, but only due to the sentiment of the members and through is controversial acts. The Barracks are NOT, anti-Barney Bunch. We are against the fileswapping techniques they use, and will do all we can to combat ANY fileswapping on the Portal. I think it is important for the members to remember this and not strengthen their hate towards the Barney Bunch, but towards the fileswapping.
