DEFCON Update:

There isn't much activity on the Portal, as it is painfully slow. We will remain at DEFCON 4 until the Portal gets its act together.

I am pleased to mention, fellow soldiers, that my superiors have seem me fit enough for yet another promotion, so I am no longer a warrant officer! I am now fully-commissioned Second Lieutenant EagleRock! It's about time I got there too...now I can say that the Barracks' Chief Barracks Officer is a Commissioned Officer!

It hasnt been updated in nearly a year, and its not this page . Like it had bar graphs and such.

Wow, have I missed a lot lately. All of my free time has been devoted to studying, but however boring it is I have to say it pays off (96% on my English midterm, Hells Yea!). On the downside it has virtually stopped my B/P rate. I've gotten about three points since Monday. Yea, that's right three points since Monday. I just gotta make it past tomorrow and I'm free......... until Wednesday when I start my research paper. :(

I didn't even realize that I was in the top 400 until you mentioned it, Major_punk, sir! Heh...hopefully I'll be in the top 300 list soon enough, as well...
But today has been HORRIBLE for me so far. My current point count is a pitiful 30-something! There's still more than 5 hours left in the NG day, but even if the portal speeds up, today will be a big drop from the last several 125+ days...oh well, at least those days will make up for the loss, and the weekend is FINALLY approaching...I will make sure to wake up earlier tomorrow as well, to maximize my points...

In order to prevent those fileswaps from passing the judgement, we need to take unite actions. Once a barrack member provides the evidence to show that the Robot Crew did steal, we have whistle the fileswaps as soon as possible. I understand that Eagle wants to contact Wade about pre-whistling fileswaps. I emailed him 10 days ago. But sadly, no reply yet. So I believe that we are just pre-whistle the fileswap once there has been enough evidence. As an active b/p user, I would like to post the stealing alerts if I am sure that a submission is indeed stolen. But of course, other members are also more than welcome to post the alerts. By the way, I did not vote on the poll. The reason was simple: I saw lots of members against the idea of allowing the BB member to join us, so I believed that even if I voted for the opposite, it would not change the outcome. In addition, I also believed that the people who were against him were right after all for the safety of the Barracks. As a result, I did not vote.

The portal is suddenly active now. I would suggest DEFCON 3. In addition, if you guys check the entry called "Metroid Epic Battle", you will find out that it has more than 8500 views already. For some reason, I feel that someone is hecking the site.

I didnt see that it had that many views =( I guess I missed out. Haha.

And I noticed the portal is beginning to become more active ^_^ maybe I will make it.

And to LittleWashu- Heh there are uite a bit of funny reviews out there and it feels nice to give them a flag haha. Thats good that you enjoy doing it though, I kind of quit awhile back but I still go after reviews from time to time.

I wonder what all would happen if someone was to steal the deity whistle from ramagi.

I know that the RR fileswap from a couple days ago wasn't their first...if they persist in this, we may want to add those pre-swap flashes to the list in our forums...while they're not as big of a threat as the BB, it's still a fileswap, which enrages me...lol.

You really need to go to the Barracks Forums, Captain. You are rather behind on the fileswapping matter. I've already set up a whole system for dealing with fileswappers, which we cannot talk about here, as it is classified. If you wish to talk about fileswapping, do so in the Barracks Forums under the appropriate section.

I've said many times already that a sudden surge in the portal does NOT warrant a change in the DEFCON. The DEFCON system is a proactive system which takes these changes into account. The only exception is DEFCON 5. If the Portal is at DEFCON 5, it only takes one malicious flash or a sudden surge in Portal entries to change it back to DEFCON 4. Otherwise, the system takes all of these surges into account.

Well, I have some classes in criminology, debating going into the police or military, my Grandfather was the Comissioner of the Ontario Police College, and my Uncle is a Sergeant with Special Squads(anti-drug/SWAT) in Toronto. I might get hired as a security guard at a place where I volunteer, too.

Im impressed once again, on the bright everyone who tried to get b/p today didnt gain much either so for you its a step in the right direction. 77 on a day like today is definatley more b/p than almost everyone else.

Days end report:

Today seemed to be a little faster than yesterday but still below average.
I gained 68 b/p today and raised my b/p per day from 57.30 to 57.37+ ( I used "+" because theres still quite a few under-judgement and I dont officially call it a day until the ranks are updated (4:45am)).
Im quite satisfied with this.
I get the day off tomorrow but NG is not my priority so my prediction for tommorow is 75.

I don't know if they are, but they should...like the level system (which I think should also get tweaked a little), the higher levels are damn near impossible, which kind of takes out the fun. I would like a percentage system after silver, where like, the top, say, 50% of active whistlers have a gold, then 60%, platinum, and 70%, ruby or something...with Deity still being the best of them all...I dunno. But Tom has been shaking up NG a little more than usual the past week or two, so it'd be reeeeally nice if a change in that did come about.
