Well, the Portal has sped up sufficiently to warrant DEFCON 4. Sadly, I can't bring it any higher. I have made no more than THIRTY B/P today so far. This is horrible.

My Barracks Relations Officer, Second Lieutenant Ghost_Phantom, believes this idea to be good, and is receptive to the idea. Note you would report to him as an officer dealing with Barracks relations.

I will have to take your word for it eaglerock, I am 7 years away from the drinking age. But, it seems alot of kids my age are obsessed with alcohol, always trying to drink it. For some reason I have never really been interested in it.

Yeah, well, alcohol is good in moderation. I don't get drunk, and I surely don't advocate underage drinkers. It's not so much that I'm against young people drinking, it's just that most young drinkers don't have a tolerance and don't know how much they can drink. Also, they do not know how to pace themselves. Not a good combination.
