Actually that is either stolen or a rehashed submission as I've seen it just the other day.

But, it's not illegal since it's animated. It's actual photos and video of people that are not allowed on NG as it breaks laws and they would have to deal with fines and such if they allowed it.

You're right, it was a good flash. Front page even. But the meat spin part went over the top. All they have to do is resubmit it with that scene either 1) drawn in or 2) taken out. I gave it a 4 before flagging it.

EagleRock and I have sorted this out, apparently, somebody used my name and impersonated me. My name is now locked so now only I and other Mods can use it. Unless I'm in a huge metal form, I will always have a MOD symbol above my head...always.

Well, sorry, but you don't meet the qualifications to join yet, civilian! You must be of Private rank or higher (2500+ B/P points) to join up.

Also, the definition of spam is rather broad. The Elite Guard Barracks is only enemies with those who submit rulebreaking flash; all legitimate flash gets an unbiased vote based on the flash in question, not the author or groups submitting them.

The Kitty Krew does not break the rules with its flash, and as such they are not an enemy of the Barracks.

Now, nothing wrong with voting zero on their flash if you don't like it, so long as you actually watch the movie and honestly don't like it. But we are not a mass voting club and any anti-club talk is not permitted here.

If you have a specific example of a user breaking the rules with their flash, feel free to report it here or PM it to me. But simply making flash that you don't like does not constitute a rulebreaking offense.

Well, if you understand that and still interested in joining the Elite Guard Barracks, go to the Portal and rack up some B/P! Once you reach Security Guard rank, you can apply at the NGPD, where you can spend your time and hone your skills as you move towards Private rank.

I've decided to organize a Whistle Improvement Project on our forums!

The only 'critical' purpose it would serve is getting any Garbage Whistle members/potential members up to Normal or higher, but since no current members have Garbage Whistles, that's not a problem, heh.

However, lots of Barracks members don't have Deity Whistles. If you desire one...or even just upgrading to bronze/silver/gold from whatever you're at, post there and get involved!

I atually used to have one for a while, but I feel behing in whistling so I was demoted to a gold one, but I've been working real hard on getting it back to Deity, Should be there in a week or two
