I definitely feel you, man. Seeing this makes you wonder wtf is the point of this day. I understand the whole "Not Great" Flash getting thru, yeah, but the B clones and fucking "C's???" getting thru is ridiculous. It's too bad this is what Clock Day has been reduced to.

Lenient, true, but still, some of it is plain ridiculous. The only things I can be lenient on are people that are genuinely trying. I mean, hell, how many of them are there? There's a few, granted, but most are clock flashes, a good amount of them bad. It's kinda depressing knowing that most of this stuff passes free, but I don't think of it as points lost.

The average quality of the flashes in the portal seems to be going way, way down (even by Clock Day standards). Not mentioning any names, but I doubt I have to.

It's just getting worse. Every single flash that has passed judgment on the main page is blue right now with the exception of one (which is green). It's just getting way too crazy.

Indeed, Slash has gone from mostly-protecting mode to Dark Blamming mode. The crap levels have become near-intolerable even to a very lenient statwhore like me...

Well I log on at what I make to be 10:36 in the eve and I decide to look at the portal. Quite a few clock flashes I wonder why. Shit. It's clock day today and I just missed the whole thing. I am a total tard for missing the biggest event in the portal of the year. Oh well, I still have madness day to look forward to. Who am I kidding, that isn't going to be nearly as big as clock day for the first few years.

That sucks man, I almost missed all today too with the internet randomly cutting out on the WORST DAY POSSIBLE.
I woke up early at 7:20am, didn't connect until 12:30pm. Ran fine from 12:30 to 3:15pm but then ofcourse it went out again until like 5 minutes ago.

I figure I missed somewhere around 500-700 points because of this. >:(

This makes me wonder; how is the "best" Clock Day flash going to chosen? They all have 3.5 +, so the awards wouldn't be fair, like the voting is.

Also, the portal is at a stand still right now, or as close to it as you can get.

Also, the NG server is overloaded, which could be why the portal is at a stand still, and why this post won't show up 5 minutes after I wrote.

Never like this. Every flash has at least a 3.5; Before, even though the flash passed, it had a 1.6.

I don't care that the flash passes; I just don't want to see so many good scores.

Well, this shit is finally about over. A huge rush at the end and the portal is all purple. I think it's fair to say that Clock Day has become a disgrace to Newgrounds. The very few great Flash that were submitted were buried under a pile of shit. And those fucking spammers using alt accouns need to be banned right off of NG for life. I swear a lot of these BS Flashes were just those guys using alt accounts. How lame can you get?

CC Day has put a FOUL taste in my mouth. Fuck this day. It's absolute bullshit and I can't believe NG recognizes it as an official day.

That's what I've been saying for a while...and that is our goal as the Barracks. If we can start turning the tides away from mass-voters and overpowering them, the masses will follow. After all, the masses go where the points are. If blamming becomes the mode of choice for crappy flash no matter what, that will take away the power of mass-voters for good.

However, Clock Day would definitely be hard to stop.
