Oh, the news post about it was so long ago, I've forgotten what's happened.

I've seen some pretty good games. I really liked the one where you have to solve the planet disputes but I can't find it anymore. No clue where it went.

I don't know that one, but there are some really good ones. One I just saw was about removing bad food from the the check out line in a supermarket. Was a lot more fun than it sounds.

A year ago, I would have jumped at the idea...but when you're living on your own, it's kinda hard to justify taking a day off for points, lol. Oh well, I'll try to squeeze in as many votes as I can before, after, and during work...but if I don't get a ton of points, I won't cry. I am actually taking Wed and Thu off. I needed to take a day or two anyway that week, so it works out good for me. PLUS, that'll give me a 5 day weekend which pretty much kicks ass. PLUS my girlfriend is out of town that week so I can just chill.

DEFCON Update:

Not much of a reason to update, but the Portal was slow as hell a bit before. It is speeding up, though, and warrants a DEFCON 3. I would say it will continue to speed up, even though it's slow for a Saturday. People are probably saving their flash for Clock Day.

Hey, is it just me or is NG Log totally screwed up right now?

Starting last night I can't log my stats and there are errors all over the place. I've tried Firefox and IE, but I'm not having any luck.

Also, so far no comments on my news post. What I don't get about my previous posts is that I can post a true news post, but someone else posts some shit about.. oh... pokemon on the frontpage or some other emo shit and they get 20 comments. wtf? This isn't MySpace.

True but the spammers have strength in numbers, it may take 12 alts to out beat my VP but they already have 20 each and we are fair enough to only use one account, and by using those 20 alts to vote they create less room for Higher VP people to vote, not to mention we both know some high VP users aren't exactly on the good side themselves.

No problem, I gotcha. I'll be on the lookout for anything malicious, unsuitable, or stolen. I'll try to get some blams in too. Heh, that may be a bit of a problem though since I already have problems with my blam gun and it getting rusty or misfiring. I'm gonna have to get a new one or build one soon, or Clock Day will be a total bust.

I've been doing just fine since I started on my Clock Day flash, which may be the only project I actually finish that will be decent enough to showcase here. i might submit the unfinished version after I clean it up some. Like last year, I plan to be on for all 24 hours of it. I doubt I'll be BBS'ing very much during that time period...I'll be more likely to respond to PM's than posts, heh.

The Portal will be a hellstorm of Speakonia and spam.

The only advice I can give any other all-day/night Clockers is this: DON'T SLOW DOWN. If you keep moving, loading flashes while you watch another, you can keep even or ahead of the tide. But if you let your speed down for even a few minutes, the UJ queue will zoom ahead of you and it'll be near impossible to catch up.

Thank Fulp that the highlighting-clicked-UJ-links thing was fixed before Clock Day.

Yes we do. Except certain people don't stand for that principle, and they destroy the reason the portal is around; to let good flashes stay on the site, while the shitty ones are blammed.

Meh, I can't over 170 B/Ps in 3 days, although I'm sure there are people who would disagree with that statement. I feel I have a decent voting power (7.35? something close to that), and that should suffice on Clock Day. I mean, even I did go to 2500 B/P and get the extra (what is it, 4%?), it do much good.
