Ok, this is what I was talking about before. Please, no stat only posts . We don't mind you posting your progress and saying how well you are doing, but you MUST have more in your posts than that. We've had warnings from mods about stat only posts, and we don't want them coming here and warning us again.

Today has been decent in the portal (about 80 points so far), but I don't think I'll get on the 75+ list this week. I'm of to Boston at midday on Friday, and at the moment I need another 175 points before then if I'm going to make the list. First time I'll have missed it in about two months :(.

I also want to tell you guys (and everyone who voted in general) that I am very proud of you. :D If you would check the Portal's graveyard, three Kitty Krew submissions were blammed and that conveys that we have the capability to fight against these spam submissions. Good job, everyone. :)

Am I the only one that gets annoyed by how many tutorials are submitted, especially by people with no flash submissions? I may copy this review and post it for every poor tutorial submission that is posted to NG :).

No you are not the only one who gets extremely pissed when they see those submissions. How can someone seriously make a good tutorial when they have absolutely no other ACTUAL submissions to prove they have skill. I then look at the tutorial and see that it is a tutorial that has already been made many times before and realise how it was done. They should be flagged more because that is theft of someone elses script. Even if it is only for a dress up game or something.

HomerDough has left NG, havent you heard. Check out his profile and last post. As for the alarm setting. It helps your pace heaps, Especially if you cant b/p all day at school. I made a 70 today and I missed heaps of submissions. Your weekend is going to be very busy I can see. I didnt know St.Patricks day was so soon. Enjoy it, It will be the first year you can get drunk off your head in a pub or something.

Man your such a traveller. Every time you say your going somewhere I think its thousands of KMs away. But I dont know my states very well so Boston could only be 30 minutes from you for all I know. I wonder if you can make it a forth time as the top gainer on the EGB list. You say your pace isnt GREAT but only time will tell if your good enough to be top again on my list.

Yeah, I love travelling, and I am trying very hard to keep up with my ex-girlfriend (she's off to Africa in the Summer for 2 months, and Honduras for three the summer after that, and spent 7 weeks in Peru last year :S). Boston is about a 4 hour flight from Denver (it's in the far North East of the country, while Denver is fairly central), and I'll be spending the weekend there. I've heard there is a large Irish population, so it should be quite a party :). There are also some tentative plans to go to the West Indies in a few weeks and catch some of the cricket world cup, so I might be disappearing again :).

And there is no way my pace will get me top spot this time around- the last 300+ update I was beaten by both pwroftheseagoat and pepeatumi, and my pace is even slower this week (about 70 per day by the end of it probably). Plus I'll lose the entire weekend. When I'm back and B/Ping full time though I'll be making another run for the top!

Of course, it will be impossible to blam every single spam submission that were to be submitted in the portal but effort surely counts. Retaliation or not, I am glad that at least we managed to delete a few spam themed submissions.

Good point. I do think we have come along way and thats great. I wish I had been online to help with the blamming but I has at school at the time. They find ways to get them through.

Hey, this may give me a chance to get on the top 5 gainers list next update on Tuesday. My weekend may have tragic but I have been getting that pace back up and now that its a Friday night I have the whole weekend ahead of me.

Well, now that my flight is cancelled I'm here for the weekend, and I should be getting on the 75+ list after all :). That should also set me up for a good spot in your update next week, though there is no way I'll be top. Hopefully top 5 though...

I just stopped by to warn of a major portal attack from the Kitty Krew. Not many of their flash are bigger than 100kb in size, so have a look and make the right decision.

I did notice that they stepped up their number of flash works in the portal. In any event, more and more people on Newgrounds are getting fed up with their antics, and are helping to remove their spam entries before they have the chance to mass vote them through.

Also I didn't realize until last night that DoD had been discharged. I stumbled upon it while browsing around last night. I was surprised. Is this permanent? I'll admit that he's gotten the Barracks in trouble a time or two but overall he's a good person. An extremely large ego but still a good person. I browsed through his posts a little bit and he's been being good. Maybe in a few months or so the officers could have a re-eval? But if you still believe he is a threat to the Barracks I completely understand the judgement. Anyway I thought I'd say something seeing as how I just noticed that. I'm a little slow like that.

To Phantom, I'm really sorry to see you go. I'm really surprised that you're giving it up. You've put a lot of hard work into this place and helped turn the EGB into what it is. I hope your leave isn't permanent though and more of an Eagle sort of thing. Whatever your descision I wish you the best.

Well Phantom you have been a true commitment to the EGB and probably one of the biggest reasons that a lot of members want to join because you've kept this place in top quality and for that i will uh.. eh... applause you! If you do leave NG's i wish you the best of the best and a wonderful life. I'm sure that it will be very hard to replace you because your like the biggest piece of the EGB but I'm sure that there will be someone who will follow yours and eagles and slashs steps and will be able to take care of this club. I do not know if Dream-of-Duke's expulsion is permanent. That is up to Phantom and Sir EagleRock to decide. Although in one of his last posts he stated that he was glad he wasn't a member here anymore. Which sounds highly undoubtful he'll want to be a member here again.

Yeah, the problem with B/P'ing like crazy for a long, long time, is that eventually you get bored of it...plus real life becomes intrusive, too...bah. I took a long break once, around Brigadier General, I believe, then came back and finished to EGSC...but then, boredom came back, sigh. happy saint patricks day everyone. I changed my aura to green for the day just like I did last year but back then I had bass knuckles instead of my pipe. On another note how was everyone's day? Mine was boring since I got about 6-7 inches of snow.
