Yesterday did indeed rock in the portal- I almost made up for the 30 points at the weekend and am back close to 100 per day again. I think I must have got almost 150 points yesterday (then again I was online for virtually all of it).

And a little bit of celebratory news myself- I woke up to find myself ranked 100 in B/P this morning. My aim of being one of the first 100 EGSC on Newgrounds now looks almost certain to happen :)

Life has an irritating knack of getting in the way like that. But in the long term that is obviously far more important than any website community, even one that has been as large a part of our lives as this one. Don't worry if you pop in less frequently- myself and the other officers are quite capable of looking after things. Just don't disappear too much- it would be quiet without you around here yelling at the spammers :).

Speaking of which, DarkLotusJuggalo, I know you are trying to help (and I saw your post in the Mafia as well), and your post was mature and a good response to the stranger in our midst, but we have a strict policy of not responding to spammers, so please try and bear that in mind in future. Replying to them only encourages them to post more. If he becomes a problem a mod will be contacted to remove him.

That is exactly right. Life on NG is never going to last forever and even though you may want it to its very unlikely. You have your memories and those will never leave you even if you leave. I am positive that many of the great EGB members will do a wonderful job if you can no longer fulfull your duties. It is always hard to see such an amazing member of the EGB and the whole of NG for that matter leave but I am sure your legacy will live on forever in our hearts and on this site.

I am not going to step to conclusions here but if you do leave NG I would simply like to leave you with this short statement.

Yeah, the daylight savings come in a couple of weeks early this year in the US (except Arizona apparently) thanks to some new policy or other. I like it as well, as for the next two weeks I'm just 6 hours behind the UK, which makes it a little easier to talk to family and friends back home. Plus there's an extra hour of daylight in the evening for me to go out and do things (swim, cycle etc.).

Another small accomplishment today- 27,000 B/P points. EG General seems to go on forever, I've only made it a third of the way! I realise the screen shot is a point early, but I liked all the 3s and 6s :)

Plus I made a nice long review of one of the tutorials submitted to the portal earlier (Ultimate Turtorial v2). Am I the only one that gets annoyed by how many tutorials are submitted, especially by people with no flash submissions? I may copy this review and post it for every poor tutorial submission that is posted to NG :).
