Right, replies to the things I missed at 2AM last night...

Also I didn't realize until last night that DoD had been discharged. I stumbled upon it while browsing around last night. I was surprised. Is this permanent? I'll admit that he's gotten the Barracks in trouble a time or two but overall he's a good person. An extremely large ego but still a good person. I browsed through his posts a little bit and he's been being good. Maybe in a few months or so the officers could have a re-eval? But if you still believe he is a threat to the Barracks I completely understand the judgement. Anyway I thought I'd say something seeing as how I just noticed that. I'm a little slow like that.
Yeah, that was certainly an interesting couple of days. I think you are right that DoDs motives were in the right place, but he made a mistake that we just couldn't forgive, and then handled the aftermath extremely badly. The less said about it the better to be honest. As things stand I think we left it with a re-eval on the cards if he went out and posted well on the forums, but I'm not sure he wants to come back. He certainly took it very poorly and made a few personal attacks against members etc...
Congratz to Sentio on 27,000 b/p!
Thanks :D. Not the best achievement, but every 1000 points counts!

Yeah, the problem with B/P'ing like crazy for a long, long time, is that eventually you get bored of it...plus real life becomes intrusive, too...bah. I took a long break once, around Brigadier General, I believe, then came back and finished to EGSC...but then, boredom came back, sigh. Newgrounds might kick ass, but you do something for too long, no matter how awesome, and you can get tired of it.
It's very true- the only things that can really keep you going are the prospect of ranking up, which obviously for our senior members is now impossible, and hunting down other users. My chase of Hemlok may be the only thing that keeps me going after EGSC- real life is getting more and more interesting :). There is only so much spam you can watch after a while, anyway.
Hopefully when the new layout arrives (LOL), there will be more to do, and help reboot the blam-lust that some of us, like me and Phantom and Eagle, used to have back in the day, heh.
I hope so!
Anyhow...I GOTS A GREEN AURA. NO ONE CAN PINCH ME NOW, HAHA!
My aura has always been green, so no need to change it today- it sure is strange seeing so many other green auras about though!

happy saint patricks day everyone. I changed my aura to green for the day just like I did last year but back then I had bass knuckles instead of my pipe. On another note how was everyone's day? Mine was boring since I got about 6-7 inches of snow.
As I said last night, it's been fantastic so far, and looks like getting better today :D. Bad luck about the snow- 70 degrees and feels like Summer here...

Happy St Paddy's day to all. Every man has one pint of Guinness behind the bar in the Naffi awaiting them.
Excellent! This is the only day of the year that I drink Guiness- I'm usually an English cider man. Being in the states though that is out of the question, so I have to make do with European beer most of the year and Guiness today :)

Barracks Idea!
It's an interesting idea, but as the others have said it really serves no purpose. Being competitive in the B/P ranks is plenty for most of us without an additional points system being implemented. Plus you'll find that the same people always get points, especially in the updates, and there is also a danger of multiple people posting the same posts for whistleable flash as they hurry to post it.
A good idea, and it's nice to see people trying to suggest improvements for the Barracks, but I like it just the way it is :)
*salutes*
