Because I had the most before the system upgrade that is how. Remember before the system change the user with the most whistle points had Deity which was at the time me.

Wade said that it now takes 13000 whistle points for a deiy whistle now since that was how much you needed to get to gold before I "Pumped up the volume" as for gold I am not sure but now gold and deity are now longer special since they are on a fixed scale now :'(.

But be glad you got deity because if wade didn't change the system I would be still killing all your whistle by getting whistle points whenever the abuse reviews I flagged got removed as would you if you were at the top and is that what is good for NG I think not!

but you would have never gotten gold let alone deity. I will explain it like this say you got 1000 whistle points from flagging abuse reviews, Whaever about of whistle points I would get would be subtracted from what you got and if I got 2000 whistle points you would be down by 1000 and lets face it while I was trying to help ng with my whistle was trying to be mean in a way to raise the bar so high no one would be able to get gol but by me doing so I was making it harder for everyone to get whistle points be weakening your whistles.

There was a glitch... Some people got gold some got deity. The glitch has been fixed and now its official... there's more users with gold and deity whistles.

Well, it's great to be Deity (I wonder how many people have Gold/Deity now?), but eh. I was considering making an attempt to de-throne Washu now that I'm EGSC...it woulda felt better if I'd earned it that way, giving me a far-off goal to occupy my time...

I doubt it because if they did that the system would be on a sliding scale again and I would be weakening everyone's whistle again unless they made a whistle for the best user but it didn't grant any extra power.
