good news! while i was downstairs eating breakfast (yes at 12:30 pm) i managed to get enough b/p points (the 2 i had left) to make colonel!

according to casualty's log, my average since i started is just over 54 daily right now. but i didnt really b/p when i first started and ive missed plenty of time due to sports, school, vacations etc. so if i had to take a guess, id probably say somewhere around 59 to 61 a day. i guess thats pretty good.

Yup. Clocks (all of them) will be coming here and mass-voting 5 as with myself since I love clocks =) so basically just vote 5 on everything.

I never understood why people think that, when doing the already bad action of voting solely for points, they have to compound the problem by voting 5 and skewing scores even more.

Blind voting is not condoned by the Barracks.

True, Clock Day will have a huge amount of protects. But there will be some utter crap submitted by asshats as well, and very likely some flag-worthy flashes as well, submitted in the hopes that everyone, in their mad race for protects, will just click the view button, close out the box, and vote 5 as soon as the vote bar comes up.

So, watch every flash. Don't have to watch the entirety of every flash, but watch enough that you get a feel of the entire flash...that means beyond the preloaders, too...we all know how many flashes have phenominal preloaders and no substance beyond it.

And for the love of Fulp, if you're going to be protecting things on Clock Day solely for the protect points, vote 2 or 3 instead of 5...minimize the lunacy as much as you can...

But if you see something you feel is blam-worthy, go ahead and vote for the blam. Not EVERYTHING is going to pass on Clock Day...and if some whistle-worthy flash gets through the madness because of everyone, including us, being lust-driven for protect points, we'll have failed in our duty to protect the portal.

What I stated I ment for clock movies only I love clocks to death good animation or bad animation I love them. But I'll still watch the other movies and vote on them accordingly.

Ok, let me explain it better than your ignorant ideals.
Clock Day, is the celebration of the Clock Crew being founded, (it's their 5th anniversary this year) and there's usually A LOT of flash that get submitted, like, insane amounts. I believe last year, there was about 1,000 submitted(I wish I b/p'd more back then).
Also, contrary to popular belief there is no real mass voting. You people who think like that actually turn out to be the mass voters, becasue they're the ones that vote high on crap that wouldn't pass, because they believe that it's going to pass anyway.
Crap is crap people, if it's a bad or REALLY bad flash, blam it, if it's ok to Good, protect, that's pretty much the point of the Barracks in my opinion. I've seen people like you say stuff like "if you don't liek it vote 2" and stuff, and that's not really right. I mean, who knows, what if like 50 people thought like that, and then it would get blammed.
But anyway, back to CD, it's usually not that bad, all the real, offical clocks submit some really good, quality stuff, you can check out the best of Last Year HERE, there's some really good stuff imo.
On the other hand, there are people with alts, or just crappy flash makers that make bad flash, and make it seem like they're a clock to fool people into protecting their horrible creation.
Take the responsibility of a Barracks member and judge fairly, just because they're in a group of people, doesn't mean that their flash can't be blammed with enough effort :)

You're very right. Ever since people like El-Master said vote 2 and get the point, I've wanted to quit the Barracks. I mean, Look at Joker AdT (just for example). He has gotten 30000 B/P in less than one year. It's hard to believe he watched movies all the way thorugh or maybe even judged fairly. He signed up around my time, and that's just amazing. But, he is very dedicated to NG so I may be wrong.

So, judge flashes appropriately please. For me at least.
