Considering the increase in malicious flash, the DEFCON has been increased from DEFCON 4 to DEFCON 3. Be on alert for file-swapping and poor flash.

I conpletely agree with that decision, sir! With the Barney Bunch once again file swapping their flash onto the Portal, as well as the conisitent submissions from the Robot Crew or the Robot Rangers (w/e they wnt to be called), an increase in DEFCON level was certaintly necessary. I wouldn't be surprised if it went to Level 2 before days end.

Thank you Sergeant I will be locket and loaded for them on Friday I would suggest you keep an eye out for any flash that's submitted that day knowing the Barney bunch they will be swapping files.

While this seems to be a night time only thing, I just wanted to report that the same penis-chop submission was submitted twice in ten minutes (whistled the first time and likely will be whistled the second...already done my part against both) by an author named andy_levinson (account made today but just putting it out there in case you should see any more submissions by him before he's likely deleted).
Let us all pray this doesn't spawn a group or something around it...because it would be very crappy if we had to worry about seeing...that...every time we opened a flash by a new author.
Because of this, I'll stay up another hour or so to be on guard. I refuse to let this psycho...or psychos...try to take advantage of the night! HOO-RAH! :salutes:

Hopefully a newer version of the Blam Rifle will be available. As you can see, the ERI .38 Blam Rifle EG is similar in characteristics to the M1 Carbine of conventional weaponry. It will serve us well, but upgrades are indeed welcome.

Description: For a minor increase in price, the BIP-02 is a major improvement over the BIP-01. The PIP-02 is basically a clone of the new BIP-02, except that it has the reversed polarity of the mechanism. This weapon is another excellent sidearm to have aside a BIP and a Blam Rifle. This weapon will undoubtedly make protecting entrants on the Portal a much easier job. As with all other weapons produced by ERI at this point, this is an Elite Guard-issue weapon only. Ugh...I am aware of the situation, Sergeant, and did my best to combat them. I am officially clocking in at 94 B/P today with 10 UJ. However, I am still 14 points ahead of schedule, which will leave me breathing room tomorrow. I recommend taking one of the new pistols with you to the Portal, as the added firepower will indeed be welcome.

Regarding guns I too played around with the game and made the following (possibly went overboard but why not...)

Vulcan duel trigger expert hand held assault rifle {V.D.T.E.H.H.A.R or as known by some B.F.G ;-) }

Weapon Type: miniature Minigun, assault rifle (both fully automated)

Weapon Ammo: Minigun ammunition limited only be length of chain… more than 100 rounds for hand held version not recommended

Magazine Size: 30 bullets on set magazine of assault rifle, ammo chain of Minigun unlimited.

Production Cost: usually made in small factories by human hands insuring no machine error rising the price to a bald, risk taking cost which you should risk with any way at 500 U.S dollars

Customer Cost: due to the destructive and rare nature of the product most will charge double the production but pending on your skills you can cut by up to 20%

Description: invented only 6 months ago this heavy weight is no match to any average range weapon battle. It has a convenient back grip and duel trigger to activate each of the 2 components. Though buttons at the bottom part can automate this as well. The button on the left will make sure the back trigger activates both weapons at once. The middle does the same with the front trigger for a matter of convenience. The right one makes it neutral and every trigger responds to only one weapon Laser guided and night equipped as well for no additional charge. A must have for any one who is about to go on a killing frenzy any time soon.
