We, however, as allies, are always looking out for each other, and my statement was simply a gesture of sharing intel with each other. I would like to eventually, with the NGPD's collaborated efforts, develop a comprehensive guide to deteting Barney Bunch flash before it is fileswapped and potentially have a long-term solution to the fileswapping.

Incidentally, after my training exams, I shall concentrate on petitioning for more roles here in the Barracks. There are plenty of positions needed and soldiers that are definately worthy of the position. I would think it unfair to not recognize those that contribute to the Barracks regularly. I hope to appoint the following in the next few days:

Barracks Recruitment Officer - Charges new recruits with duty to the Portal, informs how to B/P, informs of the NGPD HQ, etc. Reports to the Barracks Relations Officer.

Barracks Intelligence Operations Officer - Responsible for finding out information in the area about Portal activity and attacks, reports to Brigadier General TITROTU, the Barracks Portal Operations Officer.

Barracks Reconaissance Operations Officer - Responsible for daily scouring of information in nearbly areas for intel and other information. Unlike Intel Ops, this is daily work and is more concerned with Barracks relations. reports to Praporshchik Ghost_Phantom, the Barracks Relations Officer.

Barracks NGPD Liason - I am hoping to reserve this for Police Lieutenant K-Pingu, as he is current Unit Ops for the NGPD and is well-skilled in the information there. He is almost a Police Captain, which indicates fast advancement. He is indeed an excellent candidate for the Elite Guard, and I expect his arrival into the Barracks soon.

These are suggested positions which I feel will help us well. When I have time in the future, I will draft an officer hierarchy and develop these positions more. Too many of you have gone unrecognized, and I believe it is soon time to recognize those devoted to the Barracks!

Also, if anyone has ideas for other positions, please bring them forth.

But, as we have said to First Lieutenant Dream_of_Duke in the past, it is a lesser goal to simply try to gain points rather than protect the Portal. Just so you know, sirs, I gave Police Lieutenant JohnCena751 permission to post here. He came up to me individually and asked me permission to post in the Barracks. When I talked to him, he sounded very serious about working his way to the Elite Guard. If I recall, anyone is allowed to come here if they have vested interest in the Portal. Also, potential recruits are always welcome, if they seem up to the challenge. I gave him the link to the NGPD and told him to join there in the meantime, but he has permission to state his intents here.

Jeez, Sergeant! What is your daily quota? I'm calculated my number based on 100 B/P a day. How many B/P do you expect to get daily?

Also, remember that my date doesn't take into account if I move up my schedule 100 B/P, which I might be able to do today with a bit of extra B/P.

I believe I can make about 4 or 5 whistle stop tours of the portal, spread across the day, for near blanket coverage.

0430, 0745, 1000 1500 and possibly last thing at night (for myself) 1800 (I believe these to be Eastern Standard time, but as I work on GMT, I cannot be too concise.

Here are the same times in GMT:
0930, 1245, 1500, 2000 and 2300 It shold give me the maximum coverage and prevent anything major going wrong *salutes*
