Slash, has it ever crossed your mind that sitting inside, in front of a computer for an average 16-18 hours a day might just be one of the reasons your eyesight has worsened? I mean come on...half the submissions have a stroboscopic effect (flashing colors), which ruins one's eyesight.

What I would do is turn your moniters brightness down a little since that might make it easier on the eyes. Also have lots of lamps around so the moniter isn't the only light you have on will probibly help...

I know this is a stupid question, but what do we use to whistle resubmits? The last I heard though, we were asked not to flag resubmits becasue it makes more work for the staff, I could be wrong though.

Only whistle resubmissions that are likely to pass judgment because the bad ones will just give the guy a nice 15 day portal ban to think it over while whistling them gives the staff to much work indeed. So only whistle them if they are likely to pass.

resubmits shouldn't be flagged it's better to take them down with votes. that way the author cant't submit with that account for 14 days.

I would second on that, I used to get unhappy with myself to see a whistled (by me) resubmittion get blammed. But then, I read through Eagle's post about not whistling on resubmittions, and I had to agree with him completely. Nimmer, I know that I should not doubt any higher level users like you, but I thought that the ban was 15 days...Any way, it will take him a while to come back. ;)
