Honestly, I wouldn't know entirely what to tell you. That one is exactly like every other submission of 'that' kind that has appeared around here, nor more nor less.
It seems like these kind of submissions weren't 'appropiate' to be flaggable here, during this entire time, after all (unless they pass the 'UJ' process), for their 'tendency' to get blammed more sooner than later, instead of removed by a moderator (that's my own interpretation of the 'why' of the usement of the term 'blam-club' from part of Exedor, at least.)
