After a 'long' while of searching for any kind of 'pinch' of 'information' regarding that game or the supposed 'developer/developers group' that made it (i.e, "Dave & Bambi Games"), I haven't found anything at all.
Would that mean that, in the end, its not stolen? Well, it's possible. I'm not guaranteeing anything, though. This is a pretty weird situation, if you ask me, after all. Mostly, because that game has been submitted by an user who's never submitted anything here before until now.
In any case, don't worry: I'll continue to 'keep-an-eye' onto that submission and that user, just in case I find anything, at any moment.
