At the moment that I did post that flag, that user didn't have its real name, nor a profile picture, nor a description, nor it did have that its a 'writter + director'... in conclusion, nothing at all on its NG profile, which made me 'doubt' about if that submission did truly belong to the user who submitted it. flagging things is not a race there bud, I know of a number of people around here plus mods that may sit on an uploaded piece for days and with another person I know, weeks, before they flag or remove the piece of media that breaks the TOS or guidelines
